Fountain Tire

I’m writing this review about Joel, I think he’s the boss. a customer had just asked how long it would be until his part was going to be here because he was told it was on its way and he was waiting for a good half hour or more, and Joel absolutely lost it and came un glued, got in the guys face and was yelling at the customer saying “your calling me a liar” and just being down right rude. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day but what ever happened to “make the customer happy” or “the customer is always right” I get in some cases that can’t be the case but this customer was just asking a simple question and did not deserve to be yelled at in his face or treated this way. We will not come here again and I’ll be sure to let family and friends know how not even the employees.. THE BOSS treats his customers.
I’m actually in shock this guy still works here & you guys pay him to speak that way to paying customers?? it was actually repulsive I should’ve taken a video.
This isn’t the first negative comment I’ve heard about this guy and something needs to be done about his temper. In no way is it okay to swear and yell or get in a customers face. absolutely ridiculous.

They tried to overcharge me $70 on an oil change.

Be very careful in the shop, and make sure you read the prices up on the wall.

I wanted a synthetic oil change and my tires rotated. The price says $99 for synthetic oil including tire rotation and topping up of fluids.

They ran out of synthetic oil and had to have some delivered from Napa auto parts.

When my bill came, Joel told me with the rotation of the tires and synthetic oil,it was $169. I pointed to the wall and set it says $99. He said "I had to special order the oil". I'm from New York, and I said" do I look like an idiot to you"? I told him it wasn't my problem that he had to special order oil.

He then replied " would you like me to take the oil out and put your old oil back in?" I said yes, and you can on rotate the tires too.

He got disheveled, irate, acted in a very unprofessional manner and then finally said "OK $99."

I contacted the corporate offices and filed a complaint.

Great cutomer service! They are espically great if you are a new driver, they take time to actually explain things and don't talk down to you like some mechanics will

went in to buy all weather tires so I would not have to change tires spring and fall I ended up getting all season tires I would have bought them somewhere else if I had realized what tires he ordered will definitely not go back again.Make sure the tires you get are the ones you want.
