Fountain Tire

This review is long overdue. I will share my most recent experience with Fountain Tire in Okotoks. Wednesday morning my beloved Jimmy showed her age and wouldn't start. The day ahead of me was already tightly booked so I had no idea how I was going to get her fixed. I frantically called Fountain Tire and spoke to Emma and Bryce. In an amazingly short time, they had contacted a towing company for me and off she went. I was thinking the worst when Dean gave me a call to tell me the few things that were needed to get her up and running again. And, they could do a tire change, change the oil, check the wiper blades etc. Basically everything was looked over to make sure she was in tip top condition. I was sitting at my desk today in the middle of all my files when lo and behold, there was my Jimmy in my parking lot. They had driven her over to me as they knew I would be tied up until after they closed. Bryce and Dean, thank you so much for helping me out yet again!!

Amazing friendly service! I got a quote very quickly and once they had the tires ordered I got a call back right away your time. Once I was in the consistently offered me Beverages and got my vehicle done quickly and efficiently.

My review of this company comes from the perspective of a former employee and not of a customer. Two totally different things. I won't get into details although believe me, I would love to. But I certainly would not recommend this place to anyone. Lots of reasons why...

After blowing a tire on my way home from BC I called them from Longview. They had my tires in stock and fit me in to change them as soon as I could get there. They had me on my way in under a half hour! Amazing service!
