Called Frank for the first time and he was able to come that day. He was courteous, friendly and got the job done in a VERY timely manner, which was fantastic! I was able to send him a photo of the problem so he had a good idea of the job before he arrived. Frank, thank you SO MUCH, if ever I have another plumbing issue, I will definitely call you !!!!

Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the level of customer experience. Had let Frank know that I needed the work done by a certain time and he said he could do it. I waited 45min past the appointed time for our appointment and he hadn’t arrived, not contacted me to let me know he would be late. At that point I canceled as he would not be able to complete the work in the window provided. Appears not to understand what basic customer service expectations are. I do not recommend this service provider as I don’t believe he understands that he is in the customer service industry. Had to find a different tradesman because he didn’t show up.
UPDATE - Got a text message after review posted with Frank showing his displeasure at the negative review. Be careful with this guy is all I can say. Not very professional.

Frank went above and beyond I couldn't be happier, the price was the best I've seen and he found a lot of legitimate problems I couldn't see with my plumbing.
I will always use his services in the future and will have absolutely no problem referring him to my friends and family.

Flagged down the white van with black stencil letters. Frank was at my house a few hours later and worked till 5:30 on a Friday night to make sure my repair was not only done but fixed any potential issues in the future. Saved me having to buy a new water tank as I suspect I'd have to if any other company came over. Parts charge? $5. Highly recommend! Thanks Frank, you kept me out of the dog house.

I had a leaky toilet and the noise was driving me nuts! Frank came on time on a holiday and now I can't hear a thing! Thank you, Frank!!

I called on Friday at 4:30pm to get a plumber and Frank answered the phone...Thank God! He was able to be at my door and finished repairing the pinhole in my copper water pipe. I now have a plumber for life. Thanks Frank!

I called Frank early Monday morning because my furnace was konking out (was -25) and he was here before eleven and my furnace up and running in no time. While he was here, he fixed some plumbing issues I had as well. I would recommend him without question.

Worked with Frank on a recent renovation on a 1910 home, was a difficult renovation as the old house was falling apart. Frank was diligent and offered lots of advice and his work was good. Would recommend.
