We rented a 24DS, lots of room for 4, great features, lots of power, easy to drive and park on campsites. Efficient check-in, check-out. Definitely recommended!

We had either lost or never had a plug for our fresh water tank and pulled in here to find a replacement. The staff was so helpful and nice it made it an easy situation even though it took us three tries! Nice to find helpful people thousands of miles from home!

I just called in to the parts department, asked them for a recessed 3.5 inch light, they tell me that I need a part number, I told them that is why i called the parts department, I said again that it is a ROUND RECESSED 3.5 INCH light, the reply back was that is a wild goose chase!!!!!!!! Unprofessional, Inexperienced and just plain stupid

Sales was wonderful, easy to buy and easy to work with BUT I was given a list of repairs that needed to be done ( by their mechanical inspection) and they assured me that they would pay for it. The sales team ( and Brad, the manager) assured me that I would have a 30 day warranty on repairs if something didn't work. Well.... that's like pulling teeth.I cant take it back as too far but our local repair office didn't get approval for weeks. Finally did though as head office had to approve it. Now, getting fixed !! Thanks Brad and Mike. Hopefully head office can approve a little quicker next customer.

Roadmaster RV reminds me of how it was to buy a vehicle in the 1970s. Everything was great when I was buying my RV, dealing with the business office and when taking delivery of my RV. After that however it was a constant struggle to get service, especially warranty service on my RV. Promises were made and not honored, parts should have been ordered but were not and staff seemed to think serving a customer was an interruption and were rude and patronizing.

My wife and I spent more on our RV than we ever spent on an automobile and hoped to get at least the equivalent level of after sales service. I was surprised to find this was not the case.

The dealership recently had an ownership change and advertised "New management - new attitude." some staff members still need to get with the plan.

We bought a new fifth wheel from Roadmaster RV and the experience was so wonderful when we first walked in and Randy started showing us some different units, it was so relaxing and enjoyable to deal with a salesman that was so easy going. After making our purchase Greg got us all set up with what we needed. The day we picked up our new fifth wheel they had Woody do a complete walk around and explain everything to us that we needed to know about the unit as well as a few extra pointers that was a pleasure to learn about. This was a real enjoyable experience for the Wife and myself and we would like to thank Randy, Greg, Woody and all the staff at Roadmaster RV for our happy camping experience.
