The good: Fast work. Pleasant to communicate with.

Concerns: Parts (fuel pump driver module) are same cost as dealerships. They work before pricing out what it will be. Asked for what it should cost, Same contact says he will get back to me and next thing you know its repaired here's the bill at our new $109/hr labor rate. I don't appreciate that I got a $750+ bill for this one job without having at least an ability to consider it beforehand.

Stranded at motel with car that wouldn't start. Mechanic came to motel, fixed problem and only accepted Tim Horton's Donuts for payment! This kind and honest man saved the day! and the trip!!
