Today is a "work" day for me! I'm plugging away on getting the WW Freestyle Points attached to my menu recipes! And since going back to work, balance has been a tough thing for me. So today is also, freezer meal day in our house! I'm working on making some potential new recipes and some old favourites!

Hi everyone!
I just wanted to pop in and say hello and see how you are all doing! I'm into my 3rd week of being back to work, and starting to get into a routine. I'm going to be whipping up some new freezer meals this weekend to stock up on, so I have some more selections of meals to be ready when I get home.
For those of you that work, and have kiddos at home/daycare... how do you find balance? What are your go-to's for helping your kids adjust to you being at work, and a...way from them all day. My daughter and I are having some struggles on finding a balance, so suggestions are welcomed!

On the cold and dreary day, it was a great opportunity to check out what I had in the freezer. And to my joy, I had a Mongolian Beef stored away! This is a favourite of mine. Super easy recipe, and so much flavour. Whip up some rice and viola! Supper is ready to go!
