I experienced a warranty issue with my Marker kingpin 13's. Marker acknowledged it as a warranty issue but didn't have the replacement heel piece in stock. Matt and the owner (who's name I don't recall) located and purchased a set of kingpins to replace mine and are holding the broken bindings to warranty when new stock is available from Marker. That's 5 star service. Big ups to Fresh on this one.

Best ski shop in yyc. Nice selection of armada skis and knowledgeable staff. Your odds of finding a sale aren't very good but the great products and service make up for it!

Definitely one of my favourite ski shops in the city. Everyone that works here really knows their stuff and they're all super helpful! Fresh has a great selection of equipment + they carry a lot of brands that most other ski shops don't. Staff are awesome and the store is great, it's definitely my go-to!

Love this place. Switched from Boarding to Skiing, and the guys down there were awesome to deal with and really helpful. Didn't make me over spend or talk me into something i didn't need. 5 starts for this place.

Also they need to make their website a lot better! just a side note.
