Friesen'S Climate Control Calgary (Permanently Closed)

Not Too long ago we had Friesens Out to replace our Antique HWT and Furnace. The crew attended in a timely and efficient manor. They repsected my property and cleaned up after then self when complete. I would recomend this company to friends and family.

I purchased a central air unit a few years ago and a furnace last January from Friesen.
Although the quality of the products are good, I do find their service to be less than desirable.

I once left the sales rep a message and had to follow up 3 days later when I never heard from him. When I did finally reach him it sounded like he was in the middle of a construction zone and had a hard time hearing him.

I left a message 2 days ago on their answering machine regarding a rebalancing of my new furnace which was purchased 11 months ago and am still awaiting a response. They seem to run out the door before 4 PM which is their advertised closing time. Battling rush hour is more important than servicing their customers.

I also find that their follow up which is non existent is very poor considering what you pay for these major capital expenditures.

I called to get a central AC quote and they sent a furnace specialist who seemed more interested in selling me a new furnace. He was nice enough but not knowledgeable. He left saying he'd get another person to follow up and provide a second opinion for the AC and I never heard from them again. They seem to be very unreliable.

It was very unfortunate for them becasue our furnace stopped working a few months later and we decided to go with another company who ALSO offered to quote us for central air at the same time and get everything done at once.

When you first meet Freisen, they seem nice and polished, but they don't seem to follow through very well. I would not recommend this company.
