Frilly Lilly

This was the most positive waxing experience I've ever had, I have a very low pain tolerance and usually avoid waxing altogether but thought I'd give it one more try. Booking an appointment was a breeze, the front staff working today were welcoming and very helpful with my questions when filling out their new client form.

Eme was the wonderful gal who waxed me today, she made this whole experience my least painful ever and did such an amazing job. I got my brows, armpits and brazilian (strip) done and I cannot believe how smooth everything went from start to finish. My brows have never looked this nice when I do them myself or have had them waxed elsewhere, she really took her time making sure the shape was even and trimmed them perfectly.

My skin is very sensitive and I won't lie, I am a giant baby so I was dreading the armpits and brazilian but Eme really made it seem easy. She applied the wax in two layers, one for sensitive skin and another hard wax for pulling more hair out. It was over before I knew it and so perfectly smooth, I honestly can't believe it.

The brazilian was my least painful one to date because of how thoughtful she is to distract me with conversation then working slower in some areas and quicker in others. It felt like having a friend and personal cheerleader, sometimes the more sensitive spots make me want to quit halfway but she was so encouraging she really helped get the best and full results today. Genuinely such a nice person with a warm personality and great conversation from start to finish, I couldn't suggest a better person to go with.

Another thing I really appreciated was how clean everything was, this is an absolutely sterile location where no double dips happening and the sheets are changed for everyone. The upper floor was beautifully decorated and the lower floor was nicely decorated and more importantly private for waxing. I can see why this business had so many glowing reviews and highly reccomend it as well if you're looking for any services they offer.

best Brazilian wax Ive ever had every time! clean and ambient studio. Always painless and quick, but thorough. Sian was so great! this place is worth every cent!

Very pleasant and welcoming staff. I have visited several of the girls for multiple services and have had a good experience each time.

I was really excited to visit this spa because I've heard good things. Unfortunately my experience (waxing) did not go very well. I don't know if the wax was too hot or the lady went over the area too many times but my upper lip is now scarred. I'll still give two stars because it was clean & the girls were friendly but just a heads up if you're having facial waxing done :(

Really nice ambiance, the owner did my wax and it was amazing!! She was very quick, professional and effective. Didn't get sore or swollen after.
Will definitely come back and recommend to my girls.

I have been going here for about two years now. I am always greeted pleasantly upon arrival and wished a nice day when I leave. Katie waxes me every time and I would never go to anyone else. She makes you feel at ease and does amazing work consistently.

Mixed feelings about this place. While my esthetician (Atsumi) was very pleasant and the atmosphere was nice, I am very disappointed with the overall quality of my nails. The coats were not applied evenly and some nails have noticeable lines where the second coat did not extend as far as the bottom coat (to cover the full nail) and started to chip after only 2 days. Also, because only Frilly Lilly brand nail polish is used, the selection of nail polish was extremely limited and I struggled to find a shade I really liked. Definitely not what you expect for a $50 manicure.

Terrible manicure and pedicure. Kavery was rude and lacked skill and professionalism. The Frilly Lilly branded polish used is poor quality.
