Frilly Lilly

I have to give a 2 unfortunately :( while the service was spectacular and its a very nice salon, the pedicure I had was not. I got talked into Shellac as I was heading to a beach vacation, the color was great the actual pedicure was lovely, but 2 days into my vacation 2 of my polished toes on each foot had come completely off, and by the 5th day I only had my big toe remaining. I was super disappointed and took pics. Most of the other people on the trip had regular polish and outlasted mine. It was very disappointing as I paid quite a bit of money for the shellac. I am not sure if it wasn't cured long enough or buffed properly but I was very sad that it didn't last. I hate leaving bad reviews but I couldn't let this one slide as the money I paid was unfortunately not worth it this time. I would go back and try other services definitely as I really enjoyed the place overall

After an unfortunate experience somewhere else, I booked a first-time appointment at FL Shawnessy. From beginning to end I was well looked after. I booked 6 services and was wowed with every single one. I've been back since and have another appointment booked in a couple of days. That's 3 cisits within a month and I don't see that slowing down anytime soon. I'm gping to habe to re-work my finances! I recommend booking with either Mandy or Renee. They both give personal, attentive, genuine and professional service. The quality of work is great and the service is sincere and friendly. I even bought some super cute earrings the second time. After some less than desirable beauty bar experiences, thank you for exceeding my expectations!

I love Frilly Lilly! It's clean and the service is fantastic. I started going to see Mandy at the Mckenzie towne location and now at Shawnessy. They always take their time, never skip a step and prioritize quality work. Plus it has a cute boutique vibe. I won't go anywhere else now.

I got waxed here for the first time and the girl was super nice and professional. The other coworker there was not. She interrupted the session twice to tell the poor girl to get me to quiet down and that I was disrupting other customers. It was rude and uncalled for. It was painful and I was unused to it and I would've gladly kept quiet if I could. I won't be coming here again.

The ladies were absolutely lovely, and fixed my eyebrows for me on very short notice. Had a terrible experience half hour prior at a different place, and after leaving Frilly Lilly was in a much better mood. Thank you so much for saving my brows!! Best service ever.

Amazing staff, great service and worth the price for the cleanliness and professionalism. Highly recommended.

Hmm. First time at this location but have been to other Frilly's.
Cute presentation and products; service at Shawnessey lacking "something". Very apparent that my esthetician ( she didn't even introduce herself to me ) was NOT a fan of having an older client such as myself. Minimally friendly and did the basics only.
I will return to Willows Spa in DeWinton for great, clinically trained service providers. Much, much better.

Frilly Lily I want to love you but just don't 😢.

I received a pleasant call from the FL salon owner and was EXtremely impressed by her concern and professionalism. She is on top of social media and rightfully was concerned over my review. This goes a long way in helping my opinion of Frilly Lily; hopefully with some extra attention and careful training and choice of staff this little place can thrive. Will give it a second chance for sure.
