Frilly Lilly

Went in for a brow and lip wax. They were extremely accommodating and fit me in when I called. The place is really nice and clean. Girl who did the Waxing was really nice. Only thing is that she cut my brow and now it hurts a lot. I usually get my eyebrows threaded because o don't trust wax and this is exactly why. Will not be going back there.

i just had a great experience here! they were able to accommodate my last minute appointment. Everyone was very friendly and the service was excellent. everyone was happy and my nails looks amazing!

Very disappointed - After 5+ years of loyal patronage to Frilly Lilly (Aspen), I tried to make an appointment but they would not book me without taking my Visa number as cancellation security. I'm the type that always arrives early for my appointments, and if I cannot make it (which is rare), I always cancel at least 1 day ahead, and this is the treatment I received. I DO NOT leave Visa numbers with service entities like this, as you never know who can get the number, they would not accept the appointment. Obviously, they don't seem to understand there is lots of competition in Calgary, especially with the current economy, so I simply booked an appointment establishment, and will never return to be treated with such ignorance !! Frilly Lilly Aspen has lots to learn about customer service, and how to conduct business in a customer friendly manner.

I have nothing but good things to say about the ladies at this location. I have gone several times, seen several estheticians and have always had a great experience. They are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and experienced.

Had my lashes done there and it's been a nightmare ever since. I had irritation and went on to have them looked at and they just said they were applied too close to the lash line. Ended up getting an eye infection (possibly Blepharitis) and had to get them taken off, eyes are still irritated and puffy. Will never have my lashes done there again, but will continue to get my waxing done there.

Been getting my waxing done her for a while, and the staff here are friendly, happy and engaging. Only downside is wax got on my tank top once: the lady was so upset she offered to buy me a new one! Thankfully it was an old one, so now I have a "waxing top" so nothing else gets wrecked Moral of the story: don't wear nice clothes when you get waxed.
