Frocks Modern Bridesmaids (Permanently Closed)

I did not know my bridesmaid dress shopping experience could end any worse. When we visited the store in May we all felt we were in great hands. Later in June we ordered our dresses, paid in full and could not wait for them to get here. As our wedding date fast approached myself along with my five bridesmaids continuously tried to get information on our dresses. A month went by with multiple emails, phones calls and Facebook messages, none of which we received a response from. Finally four weeks before my wedding I was informed our dresses were never ordered. I promptly responded that we were forced to find dresses else where and want our money refunded. I have heard nothing from the Frocks team, not even a response. Do not go here as I feel more people will be ripped off and robbed.

My sister and I had a really great experience with Sora at Frocks. We considered at a lot of the dresses, but eventually decided we would like to order a dress which Frocks didn't have in store. The ladies at Frocks were very patient with us, and ordered us the dress from the designer with a rush notice once we finally made our decision. When the dress came in, Sora waited for me to come in to look at it first, before shipping it to my sister in BC. Frocks was always very fast to respond to any email communications as well. DO NOT GO HERE - they stole an entire bridal parties $400 per item payment on dresses. My common-law ordered a dress through Frocks, along with an entire bridal party, the dresses were $400 each and paid for in March. Frocks never actually ordered the dresses and 3 weeks before the wedding would not return phone calls or make themselves available. The party contacted the supplier direct, who said Frocks never actually ordered the dresses! This is called theft in the real world. Frock literally charged a bunch of young ladies looking forward to an amazing weekend, $400 dollars for nothing. They did not deliver, they did not return calls, they did not order - they stole. We are disputing with the Credit Card companies and will be getting police involved if we cannot reach a resolution.

DO NOT GO HERE - save yourself anxiety and money.

Frocks was by far the most helpful and accommodating dress shop I went too. Not only did I find my wedding dress but I also found all my bridesmaids dresses there. The staff was beyond helpful and answered all my questions! They were so kind and patient through all my appointments! I will definitely recommend Frocks to any bride or anyone looking for a beautiful dress! Thank you Frocks for helping make my wedding party look fantastic!
