We are looking for a Sous Chef to work as our Production Coordinator to run the Fruit Stars (snack) program, manage the paperwork for the kitchen (groceries lists, schedules and kitchen reports), assist, train and observe the Kitchen team to develop new procedures that save time and increase production, as well as develop new recipes.
