Fusion takes the hassle from you and handle the whole process including, procurement of all the components, PCB manufacturing, PCB assembly, testing, conformal coating, custom cables and final enclosures. We are capable of assembling 0201 parts, BGA, Micro-BGA, QFN and other leadless package parts. Fusion offers a mix of inhouse expertise and professional qualification of rigid electronics design and manufacturing. This allows us to serve our customers in oil /gas and military industries. We also offer a full design and prototyping services by working with our customers to achieve their goals. Fusion spreads ESD awareness throughout the facility. All personnel who have access to ESD-protected areas are trained and certified. We audit and certify protected areas on a regular basis and maintain work instructions, drawings and other documentation for ESD cautions, markings, and precautionary procedures.
