Fuss Cupcakes (West)

Worst service I have ever seen. Picked up cupcakes from this location and was not told to place in fridge. Cupcakes melted! Called and made a complain , they said they would refund it . After driving all the way there to receive a refund , the owner approaches me and says she can't do anything about it. I specified that we were not told to fridge them . She refused a refund and did not do anything to make me happy. Very disappointed with their service and lies !

I used to hate cupcakes until I found this place. Try their red velvet, it's delicious!

Best cupcakes around... love this place... will keep coming back on a daily/weekly basis. Can't get enough!!!! Happiness is Fuss! ☺

Mini cupcakes were only so-so... poor ingredients or bad batch? Not as exciting as I have had before...

These cupcakes are good, but I have had better, they can be too oily and a bit overpriced. I use to go to the west end location because it is on my way home. However, after my experience this week of being blatantly ignored by who appeared to be an owner or manager and a staff member, not greeted or even acknowledged I wont be back to this location. It was definitely top 5 of one of the worst experiences of customer service I have ever experienced.

Update: The owner soon contacted me to apologize and rectify the situation. He showed a sincere concern about the review and tried very hard to correct the situation. He followed through with what he said he would to correct the problem. **

It was a very nice surprise when my girlfriend got me a custom birthday cake from Fuss. She knows how much I like bikes and turns out Fuss knows how to make a motorcycle cake. It was beautifully crafted and absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend Fuss if you're looking to have a special cake made for a special someone.

Amazing! We had them make our cupcakes for our wedding. They were soo good and the prices are extremely reasonable. My guests loved them too. Definitely recommend!
