Very good experience. Went back 3 times (once to order a different kind, which they kindly tried to order with no luck), however, the third time they seemed to fit and was encouraged to exchange them if they didn't. Great service!

Got home and decided I didn't want the sandals (the husband wasn't so keen), I went to take them back (1 hour after purchasing) and the guy wouldn't give me a refund. Don't go here!!!! Bad costumer service.

horrible experience. unbelievably poor customer service. waited patiently to be helped only to have the sales clerk continue to answer phone calls instead of help customers actually in the store. Drove across city to buy two new pairs of sandals from this store and very quickly decided I would much rather spend my money elsewhere. With all the stores in the city that carry Birkenstocks, DO NOT waste your time with this place. Icing on the cake is I came out of the store to a note on my car telling me the spot i was parked in was for Birkenstock Store Customer's only.... which is where i was, standing inside for 20 minutes waiting to be served without success. Maybe the sales staff should be more concerned with helping sell shoes instead of leaving notes on cars they are worried might be stealing parking spots from their potential customers....

I recommend to all my friends. Great quality of futons seems like they do not cut corners.

Difficulty with the frame, had to return it for another one which caused a bit of a fuss. The wood itself is nice enough. Not just anybody can move it from flat to sofa. The cover is really cheap cotton(?) and pilled. I'm never getting another futon again.

So many Birkenstocks! Bit of an odd place though.
