• Traditional hot water extraction cleaning can easily consume 50 gallons of pure clean water or more to clean 1, 000 square feet of carpet. By comparison, if that same carpet were cleaned using our encapsulation method, the cleaning would only consume about 3. 5 gallons of water. That's less than 10% of the water consumption of traditional hot water extraction.
• Your carpets will be dry before we leave.
• And after the hot water extraction has been completed, the formerly clean water that is now contaminated with chemical and soil from the carpet gets discharged as sewage. With the encapsulation system, the soil that's extracted from the carpet during the post-vacuuming process is dry soil that ends up in the vacuum cleaner bag. The affect this has on the environment is minimal.
• Additional impact to the environment occurs with traditional hot water extraction when a truck-mount system is used, including fossil fuel consumption and the emission of carbon monoxide through engine exhaust. By comparison, the encapsulation system is performed using a machine with an electric motor running on a standard 15 amp electrical circuit.
• All of the shampoos we use are biodegradable and non-hazardous to the environment. Ruining the earth should not be a side-effect of carpet cleaning.

We now offer Mattress cleaning and sanitizing. This system is completely dry and green.
