Small selection of frames. Long wait time for glasses. Was quoted a week then changed to 2 weeks at the earliest. Could've have gone somewhere else and had them now. Friendly service but that's about it.

Ok selection of frames. Prices are within reason. Long wait time to get my prescription back. They send your frames to Vancouver and your stuck waiting for a week or longer. Reception staff wasn't very helpful. That being said you could do worse.
This was my 2nd time dealing with this place as the 1st visit back in 2012 was stellar so this could be a one off occurrence and just bad luck for me, or not.

Very friendly and helpful service. I had forgotten my contacts at home and the manger helped me get a replacement set so I could go skiing for the weekend.
