Great gym, never crowded. More squat racks per square foot than any commercial gym around. Everyone from powerlifters to little old ladys will find what they need here.

Extremely dirty facility! Members have gotten sick from the mats and steam room never being cleaned. One member got a skin rash that she had to take antibiotics for. Their idea of cleaning is taking a hose and spraying things down. Really inspect things like the steam room, toilets, carpet in the men's change room (growing mold), if you are interested in this place.

Awesome staff and great gym. 5 stars if they were open later on Fridays.

The staff here are great, this gym and a very good coach that helped me through depression
