What a fantastic little place. Food was amazing, atmosphere was great and the team game the servers had going on was something a lot of places could take lessons from. Will definitely go back 👍

Was the best breakfast I have had in long time. So tasty and large portions!

This place has a fantastic breakfast. I was in Calgary for 5 days and was here for 5 breakfasts. Order the 'Uncle Jesse', it's the best thing on the menu (except it's on the secret menu).

This is our favourite place to dine whether it's the all day breakfast or lunch. Food is always amazing and the customer service is the best. Our daughter Daisy who's 2 is best friends with the manager Brad � Anytime we have friends or family over from Ireland this is the one place we bring them �

Nice place with friendly service and great coffee. You can see the food being prepared fresh for you. We had the Galaxie French Toast and the Blackstone Eggs Benedict. Wish we lived local as would definitely go back!

My daughter and I went here for the first time Friday April 14th after I was looking for a retro kind of restaurant to take her to. This place was amazing. The small quaint place has so much vibe! The staff was amazing. Personable and would go over the top to make your experience great. Serving coffee to those waiting outside...you would never find this at a franchise place. The food was outstanding! Cooked on an open grill that you could watch. We sat at the counter...so retro! I would highly suggest you take a visit. We will most definately be back. We ordered the Montreal Smoked Meat hash and the Calgary Sandwich! We were able to share and they would even plate it to share, how awesome is that! My new favorite place.

Might be my favorite breakfast ever. Personable staff and even the other patrons were amazing. Had the Montreal smoked beef Benedict and couldnt have been better. Constant coffee top offs and asked if i wanted more hashbrowns. The wait is well worth it. If you are in Calgary, please make a stop at this amazing diner.

It's cozy even at 7am! Friendly and quick service. Great breakfast go to place. 3$ for constant coffee pour and bacon is extra.

Galaxie is one of my all-time favorite breakfast spots in the city. The food is AH-MAY-ZING, the staff is so friendly and efficient, and the owner is often around to say hello. It gets busy on weekends because of its popularity with regulars so be sure to go early or call and check what the wait list is like. Definitely a must check out. �

Food is top notch as was the service. Portion size left me rolling out of the door... Perhaps not the cheapest, but hey, downtown Calgary.

Fantastic food, lovely atmosphere and the people working here are always great to chat to and give great service. Met the owner on numerous occasions and he's a swell guy too

Been going here for years. I love it! Nice cozy diner with friendly staff. My go to is the Montreal smoked meat hash but I'll sway and get the smoked meat omelette or the eggs Benny from time to time. I'll never stop going here.

Always amazing good good and great service! I only have good things to say about my experiences here. I even remember one time where I was waiting outside the line was so long during a busy period and a staff member came out and offered me a cup of coffee while I waited.

Took my son there for breakfast, his first choice was Denny's, I said no way...I'm going to take you somewhere fantastic that's been around for years!! He loved it. Broke free from Denny's finally!!

Really good food. Portions are a good size for the price you’re paying.

I brought my son for brunch on Sunday. The food was good. However, very over priced indeed. Especially when I was charged almost double for my son's meal. I ordered the French toast off the menu that was $14 ,and I ask the waitress to swap the hash browns for sausages, because that's what the boy eats. She then suggests a la Carte, one slice of French toast for $5.50 and side of sausage for $4. Well they brought over a plate with 2 pieces of French toast and sausages for which I ended up being charged $16???? No explanation or apologies nothing. So for 2 of us ended up spending $42. Not cool.

Tell your server that it isn't recommended to roll her eyes at the customer. I commented that the milkshakes were expensive and got that reaction. Then ordered food and the cook brought it to me and server walked past me maybe 15 times and never asked how i was or how the food was. The food nor the milkshake were that great. Won't be back
