Great food and the staff is top shelf. I never had to wait for a drink and the chicken sandwich was awesome.

They were hopelessly understaffed after the pride parade. We sat around for 20 minutes before trying to order drinks at the bar - after taking our order the bartender disappeared and we didn't see him for a while so we ended up leaving to eat in the food court.
I'm trying to be forgiving of circumstances - maybe they had staff call in last minute? But when the parade finished there were probably 50 or 60 hungry people ready to spend their money, and only 1 server and 1 bartender working.
Really disappointing because we were really hungry!

This place is good because they have a dog friendly patio. Service sucks, food is descent. The Farsi waitress and male bartenders are good. All the other waitresses suck for the most part.

Dog friendly patio - that's why we stopped by. Tasty, great chicken wings. Waitresses can be a bit more friendly. Service was fast - we were there at around 7 PM.

This place does not deserve 1 star. There is a potential for this place to be OK at best. However, I was there watching a hockey game with some friends, it was pretty empty in there (which should have been a sign). We had to go up to the bar to get our drinks, when we order the drinks it was as though we were an inconvenience to the bartender for even considering to order, the waitresses never came to ask us if we wanted more, they actually just sat at the bar filling their cup up with pop, and they never came to clean up our empties. If you expect a great experience stay away from this place. Go elsewhere, there are plenty of better option's in the area.

Food was not good, the fries tasted as if the oil hadn't been changed in weeks. Very pricey for what you get. The staff seemed friendly enough however.

I've waited more then 40 minutes for service, 20 minutes just to put in a drink order. 20 minutes for the Bill. Food is sub-par but still worth the money. Service is just terribly slow. Good thing they hire attractive waitresses and have lots of pool tables because that's the only reason my group still goes there.

It's quiet here, but the pool tables are in pretty good condition. I would bring my own cue, a lot of the available cues are in bad shape.

The beer is good, the food is fine, and the staff are really friendly.
