I was in Fort McMurray on Monday, travelling north to our work site. Tuesday the city was under evacuation! Imagine being ordered to evacuate Red Deer with only minutes notice. Now imagine having to use only Gates Ave North or South! The people organizing the evavacuation and the residents did a remarkable job! It will take many years for the city and good people of Fort McMurray to recover.

I recently purchased a 2016 Heritage Softtail from Gasoline Alley Harley Davidson.

This is my 14th bike and my experience was incredible. I have to say the staff was very professional and put zero pressure on me as a customer but rather made themselves available for questions and what i was looking for. The Business Mgr (Mike), the Sales Guy (Danny) and Delivery of my Bike to my door (Gord) was the easiest experience when picking my bike. The level of communication from everyone even after the purchase was excellent. Would i recommend this dealership - YES without question - more dealership should learn from their model of customer service

I just got my Heritage back after having some warranty work done. To start with I wasn't happy with the wait to get my bike in but I do understand that it's a busy time of year and once it was in the staff (I'm sorry I can't remember all your names) went above and beyond and even got the work finished 3 days early. Just in time for some beautiful weekend riding. Thanks again to everyone. ��

Great people to deal with awesome atmosphere.. was good food and staff that really live there jobs.. ever person I talk to and dealt with had great attitudes from the girls at the front to sales guys finance guys to the lady’s in part to the guys that help me load my bike.. second time I have bought a bike in red deer and they all ways go above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience . Keep up the good work and I will always tell my friends and family what awesome people your guys and gals are..

I don’t ride currently but, will be getting a bike in the spring and I will surely be going to him. He is so incredibly knowledgeable and passionate.. exactly what you want when you are new to riding or an experienced Harley rider.

Big shout out to all especially service and tech that have gone over and beyond to figure out the issues with my bike. Thank you for the professionalism and care you have provided to us. From the vendors out side the hd staff inside service was number two on the agenda being welcome and treated with respect was the number one top priority of the day . Worst Harley Davidson Shop we've ever been too...had work done on our bike which they never did fix...now we have to bring it back in so THEY CAN FIX WHAT THEY BROKE!!!!😡😡😡

What a bullshit shop they would not install the tires I got from J&P brand new still have the stickers on them I will never spend another dime there.
