Fun with the whole family. The ball ramps are great with the side bumpers up so even the young kids can play.

Had a blast bowling and the service for food and drinks was very good. The arcade was a pleasant surprise too. Would definitely go again.

Bowling lane glitched out in the last three frames and they made us wait 20 minutes to basically tell us it wasn't going to be fixed so we asked for the manager and they blamed it on us... Another 10 minutes passed and they moved us to a different lane. 30 minutes to play for less than 10 to finish the game. Wouldn't go back.

had a staff member there help us his name was Jesse Condrotte. this young man went above and beyond to make sure our party was taken care of. made sure we had the proper ball weight and size. as well as getting our game to the finish line. I feel Jesse needs more commendation than he gets. he is an upstanding young citizen of this community and more people like Jesse need to be recognized

Bowling was fun, our waitress was awesome but the front desk staff particularly one employee were extremely rude and condescending.

I booked 2 lanes online for a birthday party with 10 guests in total. The online booking included 2 games per person and shoes. Absolutely no where in the online reservation did it specify you were on a time limit it specifically stated 2 games per person. I booked for 8pm but we didn't get started bowling until approximately 830 as we were waiting for people to arrive. At 1030 we got timed out in the middle of our game so I approached the front desk to ask to extend, the lady rudely at the front desk said it wasn't possible. My online reservation wasn't cheap and we didn't even get to play our full 2 games. Maybe consider specifying on the online reservation that you are timed while bowling. It was really disappointing considering myself and a bunch of my friends dropped alot of money for bowling, food and drinks only to be cutoff mid-game. Also everyone in my party were well over 30 and I have never been talked to by an employee of a venue like I was a 5 year old in such a rude and condescending manner for asking a simple question.

Customer service nightmare. The woman who took our payment for the lanes was crotchety and spoke to us like we were absolute idiots because we didn't know how many ways her register could split the pay. Two ways maximum? I've never heard of this kind of restriction, but ok. You don't have to talk to us like dogs because of it.

We paid for two rounds of bowling. Our lane didn't work properly and wouldn't reset our pins about 25% of the time. We requested assistance several times, but the staff were somewhat slow to respond. One member of our group respectfully complained, and the manager came over to try and appease us, offering coupons for bowling.

This is when things really took shape. The coupons were only usable after 9PM Sunday-Thursday and didn't include shoes. No clearer way than this to show how little you think of your patrons.

Will NEVER return, and it would be better for your group not to go to these lanes. There are other, better places.

Great place to be with families and friends. So much entertainment it is so much fun. It never gets boring or have dull moments. The people are nice there and they have really good food like fried pickles (yummy) . I go there every year and loving coming to enjoy either bowling,play pool , play in the arcade and laser tag and more. They have so many fun events and have glow in the dark bowling too. You can have your birthday party there or go there for a school trip for the end of the year, just hang out or just to have a good time. They make my momentsto remember when I'm there with others. Is been going here since I was a kid and I rather go here then anywhere else to bowl or play pool. It's a clean and fun environment with lots of great entertainment that you wouldn't want to go home. #gaga

Between family outing, friends or just my boyfriend and I we've always had a blast. Friday and Saturdays are the best to get in on the glow bowling and music. The vibe is pretty pumpin and you get to meet some pretty cool people. Laser tag is sweet when you have some time to kill on a slammed night of bowling or even just chilling in the longer waiting. Staff is always really good and issues dealt with promptly. #gaga
