I had serious mysterious problem mixed with various symptoms in my car. Amidst my difficult times of joblessness and financial constraints in life, I brought my car all the way to Edmonton to be repaired in your dealership and I was discussing my issues with you(Doris), Bonnie Johnson, Ryan Technician, Doug Dickson and Graham Rowe. All of you received me well, Listened to me fully and sorted out all my car troubles and clarifications in every perspective and made me very happy. After my drive back to Fort McMurray I feel extremely happy.
Each and every person treated me well during my visit and out of gratitude my sincere thanks and appreciations to everyone individually and the dealership as a whole for making me so happy.
I am grateful to Doris for personally co-ordinating all the activities of this peculiar case with due diligence and with extra considerations.

I bought my first car with Gateway in 2006 and its still been working wonderful up to the present. Each time I get service from them, their service staff always gives top notch customer service. There have been a couple of recalls on my vehicle due to the airbags and floor mats but was well taken care of. Also after each service, their staff go over what they did and what makes me admire buying or having service with them is on every single receipt you get for anything from them, there's a phone number you can call the general manager if there's any reason you can't rate their service as excellent. On a random basis, I've even received phone calls from them doing a follow-up on service done to my vehicle. I have yet not been able to give them any thumbs down for anything. I've always believed in Toyota vehicles as extremely reliable. I'm considering buying a new vehicle in the near future and am hoping to get a good deal on one for being a loyal customer to them for over 10 years, even since their dealership was where Southtown Kia is now located.

The document fee is a total scam and illegal and they know it. Be careful about that. Some incompetent staff but are very greedy and want their commission at a high price so don't advocate for buyers at all.

Terrible experience with service. Brought in the Toyota for a routine oil change and a recall. We were told it would be 1.5 - 2 hours after he looked at what had to be done. We took the shuttle to go have lunch as we are from out of town. After 3 hours go by we call the service department and are told the vehicle won't be ready for another 3 hours. So it went from 2 hours to 6 hours and we weren't notified of this at all. Being stuck in Edmonton with no vehicle and having to wait. Completely ridiculous, we should have been told this when the appointment was made to begin with or when the vehicle was initially dropped off

Best car buying experience to date!
Salesman Clayton was patient, friendly and helpful. Finance dept was quick and efficient. We felt comfortable and not pressured throughout whole process. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Their service department is great! I bought my 07 Tundra at a different dealership (Sherwood Park), but after a few bad experiences I decided to go somewhere else for service. Went to the Toyota dealer closest to my house (97th street) to get my transmission serviced; First thing they told me was that I had to replace my timing belt (and a bunch of other things). Since the 5.7l Tundra doesn't have a timing belt, I walked out of there and never went back. Decided to go to Gateway (old location) and they were able to help me right away. Have been going back to these guys for a few years now. Last experience was a few days ago. Doug (I think he's the shop foreman) and the rest of the service department are awesome.

Excellent service, everyone was super friendly and helpful! Best experience buying a new car ever!! Melanie was our sales professional and she was excellent! Answered all questions and was very patient with all the changes I made... would definitely see her again when I'm ready to buy next time!

It started that I wanted to test drive the Sequoia and if the price is right it would buy it. Jason didn't took much time to get back to me and he made himself available for my need since I had a weird schedule and was on different tasking in our month of texting back and forth. Jason manage to get me all the available discount possible, even when I though that there was nothing let to give me. Jason make us feel like we are an unique customer not just like a number, he even offered me dinner because of my long distance travel back and folk from Cold Lake. I did not said yes but did not declined neither. Jason was very professional although he only did this for the last 8 week. Thank you

We have purchased two vehicles from Gateway as well as helping our daughter purchase one.The sales people are great but the standout is the service department. With 350,000 and 200,000 respectively we have had lots of interaction with the wonderful people in the service department. I am continually impressed with their willingness to meet, and usually exceed my needs. With great shuttle drivers, excellent in house cafe this dealership is a standout. I would not hesitate to recommend Gateway to anyone.
