It has been nice to see the community grow throughout the years.

Amazing experience. we just finished our build and warranty schedule with Grenesis in Airdrie, and have to say of the four homes we've built new, this was the best all round! Friendly, knowledgable sales staff, building supervisor was attentive to detail and very accommodating, warranty team was prompt, cared, and dealt with all our concerns. We would definitely build with Genesis again!

Very poor customer service seems they don't know how to deal with people when things need to get done or get done right...Landscapeing is a joke need people that are competent not to just stand around get the job done get in get out people want thier yards done...

I own a Genesis home in Airdrie. I have had a negative service experience and went to post a review on their page, only to find out I have been blocked. They have been a nightmare to deal with on warrantable items. My flooring was glued to the subfloor without a suitable underlayment, resulting in massive gaps throughout my main floor. It took FOUR MONTHS of what felt like having to convince them to do the right thing in replacing it. They have also refused to install items that were specified in my purchase agreement. They installed carriage lights when my contract states exterior soffit pot lights. Eventually, they did offer to do half the work by installing to the front, and when questioned on the remaining work, to install at the rear they promptly revoked their offer without any explanation. This company has atrocious customer service and is dishonest. Blocking customers who have had bad experiences from posting reviews has got to be the shadiest thing I've ever seen. 0/10 would not recommend.

Friend of mine is a genesis home owner, yet blocked from writing a review because she’s having issues with the slack job genesis did building her home.

SHAME on genesis for such actions! Unblock Kate Power, and fix her home issues ASAP!!

Disappointed with quality and attention to detail. Houses are just slapped together as fast as possible with little or no pride put into the work involved. Than they leave you waiting for months to finish landscaping. We have been living in our home for almost two months now and we already have screws popping out through the drywall, and both of our bath tub faucets have come loose. Not to mention still no yard for our daughter.

Working with genesis builder is so far is very good experience . All the staff members are very knowledgeable and well experienced. They are very serious about what they doing in their field .
