nice place to visit ...... good to play badminton basketball & more fun

We have visited the Genesis Centre many, many times and have also used the facility for quite a few events. We are always impressed by the flexibility of the facility and the staff. Thank you, Genesis Centre!

We have hosted five events now at the Genesis Centre, every time the staff has gone above and beyond to provide the support we need to have a great event!

My daughters school went here for swimming this past week and everyone was amazing! My daughters instructor was fantastic with all of his kids! We will definitely be back!

I was there Friday and Saturday for the Semi Annual sale.

Kohe was great to talk to and deal with, and the staff on an site mangers were just as equally great to talk to and help..

I have a very good experience ,I enjoyed alot with my family 😊😊😊

Have been to two different activities at Genesis - both times parking was an issue.

Best place to celebrate any kind of gathering.Best part of this place has a big parking lot and good maintain.

Parking is okay; seating for spectators is poor; very nice looking building.

Although this was build as a community connector it is far from that. It's difficult to book a room, it's not super community oriented without having to pay and in general pretty poorly run. Okay building if you can book it but always at a high cost and for a newer space the carpets are very badly stained.

We attended a boxing event here. Absolutely disorganized venue. There was no lights on in the bathroom or staircases!! I had a person with physical challenges with me, hazardous center for anyone who can't climb a bunch of dimmly lit stairs. Plus We were redirected ( by venue staff ) on a wild goose chase through the building then outside just to find all the entrances were locked.

Membership cost here is very affordable but the experience isnt the best. Drop in scheduling is very poor and change constantly throughout the day. I am guessing if someone calls into to book the gym, they cancel a scheduled drop in to give the space up. I have never seen this happen at any other recreational facility. When I brought this up with some one at the desk, they brushed it off as if I made a mistake. Today was the second time that I actually made a note of it.

I was waiting to be picked up by a cab, a worker, I supposed a security, came up to me and my family (two 7 year old girls) asked if we are waiting to be picked up. Told him yes. He said if we werent picked up within 10 minutes he would have to ask us to go outside. I was disturbed. I said to him, "its snowing outside and very cold" he said if didnt matter, 10 minutes and he would be back to lock the door. Sigh. How heartless can a man be.
