Not sure why the reviews are so bad, I had quite a pleasant and easy experience at Ghost Armor's Southcentre location. Took about 10-15 minutes to be completed, and the guy who helped me gave me after care instructions as to not damage the screen protector. The ghost armor I've been using has been good since 2016. I went in with my friend the other day to get her screen ghost armored as well, could not recommend this location more.

I've had only great experiences at this location. Staff always seems happy to fix up screens for free or to fix screens put on from different ghost armors.

Just had a terrible experience from an incredibly rude employee a few minutes ago. Thankfully I was able to get my money back. Had a screen protector installed and less than half an hour later it was peeling off. I came back to the kiosk and he told me it was my fault and that I've had voided my warranty by putting it in my pocket when I had never put it in my pocket. He then proceeded to lecture me about how he told me not to put it into my pocket and then produced a piece of paper with the terms of the warranty on it saying "I only give these out to people who don't listen to me when I tell them." I then repeated that I had never put the phone in my pocket yet but had just used it to read some emails. And then I said that even if that had been the case he had never said anything about not putting the phone in my pocket to me. He said he had and that he could check the camera footage. I asked him to please do and then he backtracked and said he would try and fix the protector for me. I agreed and while doing do he again started lecturing me about listening to him and that he was sure he had told me. My husband was standing with me and confirmed he had said no such thing about the warranty. I then became frustrated and asked for my money back. While refunding my money he decided to lecture me about taking constructive criticism for some reason and then asked me if I was sure I didn't want a screen protector. I said it was about the principle of the way I was treated and about being a conscious consumer. He then said that if I had listened to him I wouldn't be in this predicament. I said that it was enough and I just wanted my money back. My husband then stepped in to back me up. It was completely ridiculous to be treated so horribly by someone I am paying and it was completely unprofessional to have someone like this representing a company like Ghost Armour which I know to be a quality product.

I have a new S8 and got an armour front protector put on to my phone at this location. Soon, as I got the armor put on it started to misread whether or not I had the phone to my face and a dial numbers while I was talking on the phone. I went back to ask them about it and to say that this was happening ever since I got the armor put on and all he could say to me was it's not the armor. It's the phone, even though the phone was functioning perfectly fine before I put the armor on it and there were no changes. No updates to the phone. No desire to help me. Condescending attitude. I would stay away from this place like the plague.

Don't go here! Terrible service and the man working there even tried to steal $10 from me! I had gotten the "case friendly" ghost armor for my new Galaxy S8+ but the man never told me it didn't cover the curved part of the screen. I only noticed this when I got back home so I decided to go back the next day to exchange it for the regular sized ghost armor instead. The man insisted that he had told me 3 times that it didn't cover the whole screen and that he had warned me about it the previous day. He didn't , since if he had, I obviously wouldn't of been surprised to find that it doesn't cover the curved part of the screen. I then asked for a full refund instead of getting it replaced because of his rude demeanor. He agreed and put $26 and some change on the table. I originally paid $36 and told him so. He appeared guilty and was obviously trying to short me by $10. This will be the last time I ever go to this location.

This product is terrible! Had my protective cover placed 2 months ago and this week it started to bubble. Went to southcentre to have it looked at and fixed. As when I purchased it was told any issues just bring it back. Today I was told it will cost me 10 $ to replace it? I paid $30 two months ago. Now they tell me it is only guaranteed for 7 days. I was not told that at point of purchase otherwise I would have not bought it. The sales associate told me I was abusing my phone? The phone is two months old it sits on my desk or is in my purse. I'm a mature woman and take care of my things and was rather insulted. He told me I was only hearing what I want to hear? Again insulted! I do not recommend this product it doesn't last as they claim! Don't waste your money and time! They don't take care of their customers or stand behind their product.

Since i have an edge, its hard to get the ghost armor to stay down. Instead of just redoing it, the guy started to spray a ton onto my phone for the armor to stick. Well now I'm at home, and my phone is glitching. It was not glitching ever before the ghost armor replacement, but now all of a sudden after the replacement, its glitching. My only explanation for this is, they sprayed way too much onto my phone, which seeped in causing my phone to now malfunction. Probably won't get ghost armor ever again at this location.

This location is horrible. Spoke to Cindy (the manager) today she was rude. She didn't do what I requested then said I was a liar. Charged me for the service even though it was only half completed. I asked for management she said that was her. Then gave me a card to contact head office with number that isn't even in service. This is not my first time with terrible service at this location and now I understand why if management is so rude and ignorant. This will be my last time there for sure.
