We had a family supper last night 12 of us. Chef Shawn creations were exceptional. Food was great, service was amazing and the MUST have Red Velvet b'day cake stole the show.

Thanks everyone at the Glasshouse Bistro!

Was really not expecting the Glasshouse Bistro to be as good as it was. It was my first time there and I was really impressed. The menu that was provided on the Thursday was delicious and everyone I attended with really enjoyed the experience. Will definitely be visiting again!

So far our experience with the glasshouse bistro has been wonderful. We spent a couple hrs at the bistro this weekend experiencing a private tasting of several of Chef Shaun's creations.....they were incredible; pretty sure this statement was made "most professionally cooked meal I've ever had; I can't stop eating". I'm excited to see what he comes up with in March ❤️

Great food. But was surprised you are charged for every little thing. $6.00 for an alternate to strawberry jam, which I am allergic to it. And never advised. Just saw it on the bill at the last minute. Just not right.

Glasshouse has a wonderful atmosphere and the food is fantastic. Service was slow but our waitress was friendly and gave great recommendations. Will be back!

Attended Glasshouse Bistro for Tappas Thursday. Food was unreal! Loved the pulled pork sliders and carrot soup. Very cool atmosphere and loved the local feel of Glasshouse. Will definitely be going again!

This was a wonderful, light lunch. The waitress let us know immediately that there were two items on the menu that were not available, but we had already decided on other items anyway. It’s a lighter menu and the food was beautifully presented.

Nice ambiance, baby friendly restaurant. Although they have limited food choices on their menu, the Chicken salad and the sausage gruyere appetizer tasted great. This is our second time here and despite the servers not being too personable, we will definitely be back since this is (so far) one of the best (out of the very few choices) in the Edmonton, Sherwood Park and St. Albert area for a baby friendly restaurant.

Had a wonderful evening at the Glasshouse Bistro with my friends. The service was amazing and our waiter was absolutely lovely - he had great recommendations and everything turned out really nice. We had the tomato on toast and Brassica salad to start, and I had the Coppa as my main course. It was different, but really well done. Definitely will be back!

The waiter was good and the food was pretty good. Disappointed that the chef was too stubborn to substitute vegetables that I didn't want. All the other restaurants that I have gone to, have done that with no problem.

It was ok but ~ 1pm reservation for 6 people and no one was really impressed with their meal. Had salmon Benny, bacon Benny (with a hair on it), corn pancakes, waffles, and salad with smoked salmon. Service was the biggest complaint. Over 30 minutes to get water and menus. Another 25 minutes to come and take the orders and another 20 after that. AND for a table of 6 or more; mandatory 18% tip. There were only about 10 tables seated in the whole place and overheard a few people complaining. One good thing was that at least it was warm in there this time, usually it’s freezing. Won’t be back.

Used to be my go to place! Every time I go, every visit is more disappointing than the last. Last time I went, I had to go get food from the grocery area because they didn’t have anything at the bistro.... they are usually out of a lot of things . I have given this place a lot of chances and I’m worried what it will be like when I visit again... I wanted this place to do well but unfortunately there are so many other small local businesses I’d rather support .

No doubt that the food is good but nothing out of this world. The problem when we visited was the service. Very disorganized it seems that it was more important to clean the tables than serving people waiting. It was not busy. Waiting for 1/2 an hour to get a coffee and longer for food is not acceptable

User

I was disappointed by the service and lack of flavor in the food. First off coffee tasted like decaf and I had an Americano. Our appetizers and entrée came at the same time. The bruschetta was bland with sadly under ripe tomatoes. The chicken breast was dry and void of flavor. We were told rice was missed on the last food order. How can you be out of rice when you have a grocery store in your basement? I had heard great things about this place, I wish they were true.

User

Food was ok but way overpriced for the size of the portion, could have gone to the keg for the same price and actually get a FULL meal.

User

Went on Thursday prior to Night of Artists....almost froze when I spend that much on a dinner I should not have to wear my coat and scarf. The dinner was also disappointing, the chicken supreme was dry. On the upside the server was good....that is the only recommendation

I never write reviews but you guys used to have the BEST takeaway bar with amazing soups, salads and sandwiches. Since you changed it to all restaurant style, it’s awkward, ineffective, and inefficient to line up ten people deep just to order off a menu that has taken a steep downgrade, then try and find a table.

Your poor staff (usually only two of them) now have to handle juggling a huge line at one till, making coffee, and serving food. Please bring back the take away bar option! I actually just had to leave, because after standing in line for 10 minutes, you were sold out of everything I wanted.

User

Food was tasty enough, sandwiches a bit overpriced, Panninies were cold, can of pop $3.00. Service??? well teller was horrible, and person running the pannini press and delivering food was either not paying attention or simply overwhelmed and given up.

Service at he price should have been better.

Beautiful space, and that's all it's got going for it. 5 tables of people, at least 4 waitstaff that I saw, but it was 15-20 min before we were approached and asked if we would like any drinks. Waitress seemed miserable. Other staff standing at podium chatting instead of checking on any of the tables. Menu items sound good but are executed poorly and are overpriced for the quality you receive. Love the Enjoy Centre otherwise, but I will not come back to this restaurant.
