Glassmasters Autoglass

I was out searching for an auto glass shop to fill a chip in my wife's car. I called ahead to make sure they could fit me in and 5 minutes later I was there.
I believe the manager was handling the customer service duties and answering the phone. He was very professional. I was a little disappointed that after 15 minutes no one had taken my car into the shop but the manager realised this without me saying anything and a technician promptly took my car. Another 15 minutes later and my car was ready.

To my absolute surprise the manager handed me my keys and told me the service was on him because of the wait. I left without paying and GlassMasters now has a customer for life.

Worst service I have ever had. Took in my Toyota Corolla 1990 manual 2dr on Friday. They told me they had the windshield in-stock and quoted me $150. I took my car in and walked to Chinook mall, while I waited for 2 hours I get a call from them that they thought it was a 4dr and told me that it will take 3 days for my windshield to show up. So I wot get the car till Tuesday or Wednesday and the windshield will now cost me $180. So, I told them I'll come take the car and bring it back, they told me that they already took off the old windshield and I will not be able to drive it. I took the bus home and waited till Tuesday when I got a call saying my car is ready and they will delivery it to me. When they brought the car they charged me $180 and will not compensate for their mistake. After work I got in my car the seats were filled with glass and they took apart my dc adapter for my message seat cover and took the fuse. When I called in they never answer. recommending never to take your car here

Great staff and management was extremely helpful and responsive. Got my windshield replaced professionally and in a timely manner

I can't complain. Hesitant with the bad reviews I read, but with the price they quoted (cheaper than the other guy) I decided to try it out.

They replaced the windshield, the guy at the front desk was nice.
Walked over to Chinook Mall while waiting for glass repair.

Final product came out nice and would recommenced them, especially at their prices.

Not happy. Nothing but lies and more lies from these guys. I had their mobile service come to my workplace to replace my windshield. The fellow that did the job came in to let me know they had the incorrect tools to put my rear view mirror back on and that I should go to the shop to have it attached (no longer a mobile service for my convience) So that was an out right lie, they had broken the clip for my mirror, not sure how you can't tell the difference between having the wrong tool and breaking something, it is what it is. They left my mirror hanging by the cord, I had to rig it up so it didn't smash my brand new windshield, not very respectful of customers property. I showed up at the shop the next day, they took my car to the back, I paid for the service as no one had told me that my mirror was broken. I am then 10 minutes later informed the mirror is broken and they would need to order a new clip. They tell me they will be in touch in a few days. I give it a week and call the shop, give all my info and am asked if they could call right back. No one calls back. Later that day my other half calls and talks with the manager, who informs him they will have the mirror clip the next day and will be installed that sameday, also that they would be refunding the mobile fee due to the inconvenience, as we requested, this was not something offered up by them. Another week has gone by still no mirror, no call informing me of what was going on. I called back this morning. They have the clip but somehow have gotten my number wrong so they couldn't contact me but that someone would be by to attach the mirror. I had asked that they make sure to bring my refund for the mobile service and was told they may be able to do that, even though the manager had agreed to it a week ago. No one has come by to re-attach my mirror. I have given it til the end of the day before posting, to give them another opportunity to make this right. I guess I'll head to their shop again tomorrow. I can understand that things break sometimes. To lie about it and continue lying about the fact that they would fix what they broke is a perfect display of how they don't give a damn about their customers, just about getting their money. I made the mistake of choosing their services and have had nothing but a hassle for two weeks because of it. I feel as if I'm now being punished for this choice. Don't make the same mistake as me.

I hate their ads, they are crass. What they should be advertizing is their great price, on-line quotes and fast service. Their quote was the lowest, and fastest. When I had a question about tint, I was answered that evening.

When I dropped off the car, the office looked modern, clean and well organized. The desk staff were dressed in uniforms and had a great attitude. My guy had a great sense of humour and was fast and efficient.

I still hate their ads, but would recommend their service.

Had a good experience here. Had a front driver window smashed, and it unluckily had a dead window motor that GlassMasters correctly diagnosed. They got me all fixed up quickly for a reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if some loser breaks my window(s) again. Thanks Glassmasters!

Amature installers. I had a Toyota FJ Cruiser windshield installed and drove on the highway the next day. Both windshield cowl metal ends were lifting as I drove and rubbed to bare metal in a few spots, as a result of some clips they broke. The A pillar was half lifted on one side after driving a few hours and the roof top metal trim was mounted with adhesive and a massive gap on one side, again as a result of broken clips. Terrible wind noise. Save yourself the trouble and pay a few extra bucks to go elsewhere. Friendly crew, but need some training.
