Glenmore Audi

I always have a very professional experience when taking my car for maintenance at this location. They offer a shuttle service or you can get a loaner car (must be 25 or older for loaner). The show room is also beautiful and displays the cars very well.

Came in twice and no acknowledgement or even a greeting. Front desk is more concerned about painting her nails and talking to the female sale reps then selling cars.

Not impressed. This is a direct reflection of management and what they think is acceptable.

Had a great experience with Sam today from the service department. He went out of his way to help me take out a stuck wheel bolt and provided replacement bolts/caps as well. Very happy customer! Thanks Sam!

Had the pleasure of dealing with Dave Fraser in the parts department and he went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. When I thanked him he just said “that’s my job”, so I know his helpfulness around the dealership is a daily occurrence. I spent about two weeks going back and forth with this dealership looking at different cars and deciding exactly what I want. The sales person was good throughout this process, no pressure and answered lots of questions for me. I finally found the vehicle I liked most, did some comparison shopping and found a much cheaper option for the same vehicle. Because I wanted to be fair and give them a chance to win my business after investing so much time in me, I told them about the comparable and made a cash offer based on that. I waited several hours for a decision from management. Their counter sounded reasonable to me so I accepted it immediately.

Seeing as it was the end of a business day I had a commitment that I was rushing to. I asked if I needed to give the deposit then or if we could do the paperwork in an hour and a half after my commitment. They assured me later was fine. In the hour and a half that I had put my phone down I had missed emails and phone calls saying that other customers were interested now that they had dropped the price. Dropped the price?! We had negotiated a deal! That was MY price!! Long story short they bid shopped my offer to other customers AFTER I had accepted it and I missed out on the car. What a waste of time, shady negotiating tactics, and extremely disappointing experience. I decided that if this is how their sales department acts - pitting sales people against each other and not negotiating in good faith - their service department MUST be a nightmare. No thanks Audi, too many competitors in the market to put up with this nonsense!

Furthermore, I don't know about the car sales industry, but in my industry bid shopping is illegal.

I could not believe the service received here, especially considering the amount of money people are and do spend. I had an appointment , which I showed up 15 minutes early for. When we arrived, no one greeted us. Not even the receptionist. We had to walk up to her and start the conversation to get her to acknowledge us. After letting her know we had an appointment, BOTH EMPLOYEES that we were supposed to meet with weren't there. To me, that is a very poor run business especially when they sell cars for a quarter of a million dollars. Anyways, after waiting 30 minutes for an available "sales person" which I've never had to do at any other dealership I've been to in my life. I was turned away from the car I was interested in, and later informed by another Audi employee from Royal oak that a lot if not all the information he told me was false. After this, we went to Royal oak Audi and had an amazing experience. It doesn't even compare to glenmore. Even if Glenmore had the perfect car, for the perfect price for me. I wouldn't purchase it as the service was that terrible. If you're looking for a new car, I would steer clear on Glenmore and go to Royal Oak!

Chris Pedulla at Glenmore Audi is amazing! We just leased our first Audi and he made the entire process seamless. He was accommodating to all of our questions and was patient with us at all 4 of our visits to the dealership before we made our final decision. His follow up since driving our new vehicle home has been great and he has made sure our service was exceptional through the entire process. Our experience buying our new cars, SQ5 2017 and SR7 2016 model, was like going to a bar with your friends and buying a custom made suit. We had so much fun from test drive to driving our new car home. We left with the cars that exactly what we want and need. Awesome experience from start to finish. It started with the service department where we were dealt with swiftly and professionally and carried on with Jennifer Tuff in sales who's low key, helpful attitude made us feel very comfortable. After a few days of driving the loaner car (excellent sales technique by the way!) we made the decision to trade in our much loved A3. From there, the sales experience continued in a low pressure, honest and straight forward manner all the way through the business office where Peter Jakobs took care of all of our financial needs and even went so far as to renew our license plate for us! Great job by all and I will highly recommend this store to friends and family (and strangers too!).
