Glenmore Audi Description

Glenmore Audi officially opened in 2002, but the story really began in 1987 when Bill Shostak purchased Fifth Avenue Auto Haus. As Audi sales grew, it became necessary to open a standalone Audi dealership to ensure a level of service and care that was representative of the German brand. Thus, Glenmore Audi proudly opened its doors more than 13 years ago as the first Audi dealership in Calgary.

What started with 30 employees now includes a team of more than 120 passionate individuals who want to make your visit at Glenmore Audi as memorable as possible.

I've visited this dealer a few times. Have not purchased as of yet. However to note the dealings I've had with Ken Sim have been second to none. He is very patient, (least pushy) salesman I've encountered over many years of purchasing any vehicle. Most of all he is truly knowledgeable of the products he sells and is a true enthusiast. I'm working towards something special and I will travel all way to Calgary if needed if Ken is still with them.

I was in on Saturday Sept 6 to kick some tires and met Chris P. I wound up coming back on Monday Sept 8 to pick up my 2015 Q3. Chris is an awesome fellow and was extremely easy to deal with. Everybody else I dealt with there was excellent as well. I would highly recommend Glenmore Audi as well as Chris P. And the new Q3 is an awesome vehicle and definitely lives up to and exceeds all the reviews I read before purchase.

I do not understand the bad reviews here. The warranty and any other issues I have ever had were all managed well. I have been a Glenmore Audi customer since 2006 and my favorite (by far) is the service department. Chris is amazing. I could name everyone here who I like there, I have had a couple of not so great experiences at this dealership but I have approached the right people and they managed and addressed my concerns in a very professional way. I believe if you ever have an issue, approach the manager, your sales representative, service manager ; depending where you might have had an issue there will always be someone there who can make it better. I do not believe Glenmore Audi ignores their customers and give them crappy services. I can say I have bad experiences with Mercedes and BMW, not Audi.

I brought in my 2018 RS3 for service due to cold start engine there is a cracking noise from the rear all the way to the sunroof, the service advisor Michael Mitchell was very detail in my concern and the service was excellent beyond my expectation, a day after I picked up my vehicle the crackling noise was fixed and they wash my car like I am getting a brand new vehicle, I have to say I am very impressed with Glenmore Audi's service really recommend to get service done there, the technician is very well trained and skilled, once again I cannot thank Glenmore Audi for fixing my vehicle!!!

Had been searching for a new SUV and went to several luxury dealerships and found Jennifer Tuff at Glenmore Audi extremely helpful. She answered all our questions and let us go on several test drives to ensure we were making the best choice. Never felt "pushed" into anything and felt that she was very transparent throughout. Also received fantastic help from Vanessa Caron in finance. Purchased a 2017 SQ5 and absolutely love it.

Our sales professional, Cathy Rankine, is friendly, knowledgeable, and got us into the vehicle we wanted in a timely manner. Kim Power in the finance department was great and made the paperwork process quick and simple. With my previous vehicle I always got excellent service from Chris Chapman’s team at the service centre, and expect that great service to continue with our new vehicle. Always very happy with the product and service from the entire team. Thanks again.

My girlfriend and I walked in one Saturday afternoon to look at the new Q5 as the lease on her X3 was expiring. We walked across the floor to the display model at the other end of the showroom and proceeded to check out the vehicle. Over 10 minutes passes by and not a single person came to ask how we were doing or if we had any questions. On the way out she noticed a salesperson sitting and yawning at their desk...Glenmore Audi's too rich and doesn't need any more sales it seems.

You could pass it off as European brand snobbery, but we had just come from Valentine Volvo where a receptionist on crutches made the effort to set us up with a salesperson and test drive. My girlfriend had told me about her previous negative experience with Glenmore Audi, and hence the X3, no wonder my other friend went to Edmonton for his A4!

I agree with everyone else, the worst service of any premium car I've ever owned. Warranty repairs on their cheaply made Mexican Q5's take +4 weeks to service, and even if you book a loaner car, there is no guarantee they will have one for you. You get a survey at the end of each service, even if you rate them a 1-star, no one will follow-up with you and Audi Canada doesn't care.

GAVE US FAKE CARPROOF to hide accidents. Fraudsters. We purchased Q7 in 2014 after we were given a Carproof that showed NO accidents. Fast forward 3 years and I go to sell my vehicle and discover new Carproof does not resemble the Carproof given to us by Glenmore Audi. Not even the country of origin is the same and there were TWO accidents on my vehicle that they concealed to get a full ticket price from us. Confronted with the illegal action in a recorded conversation they admit something is wrong and give us low ball offer to buy back the Q7. Pull your own Carproofs and DO NOT purchase from this group. Shady dealings and this is not their first PR nightmare. Listen to the rumours they are true

For Calgary this Audi service center this is the worst I have seen ever in the nation.



They suck money from you like anything and they don’t do good job .



I been complaining about a problem for little over a year and they said they don’t see any problem and one day it was obvious that the problem was there and by that time they agreed with me that there is a problem I ran out of my insurance obviously I had to pay 800$ for this which when I tried to ask the answer was no we didn’t find anything back then but now we see it .



Even after paying 800$ dollar the job done was dirty .. I had to go back twice to get it fixed .



These people have to change or the management has to change the staff if not this place will be messed up in couple of years down to line.



I don’t recommend any one going to this place for service or purchase .

Cannot believe the service here, we took our A4 here to repair am issue with our fuel pump and that went great. However the next day my fuel tank sensor started reading it's fill level at half of its actual amount. When I called them to find out what we could do to fix this I was told the repair for this was completely unrelated and that there was no way that this issue was related to the repair of our fuel pump.

I cannot believe the attitude I was given when I brought this up, I I'll probably never buy an Audi again.

By far the worst service centre I have ever had to deal with. Brought my Audi Q7 in for an engine light and sunroof fix. Over 2 months later and 5 pick up attempts I finally got my vehicle back. This is not a joke, over 2 months! First attempt, paid my $50 deposit but the seat belts did not worked and the head liner was not put back together correctly, second attempt battery was dead and no charger (claimed I needed a new battery for around $900 but of course I did not), third attempt 1 seat belt still not working, 4th attempt front head light not working and has crack in light and the dam seat belt STILL does not work. Finally on the 5th attempt the seat belt was finally fixed they replaced the bulb but not the cracked head light as they said no way it was there technicians and I did not get my deposit back, they did detail my car but still it was little to late for me to care about that... Fast forward 2 weeks my engine light is back on and my sunroof rattles worse than before, I have called and emailed multiple times with zero reply’s back. So this story will still continue I’m sure.



Not worth the hassle getting service here, I’ll drive across town now.

I could name everyone here who I like there, I have had a couple of not so great experiences at this dealership but I have approached the right people and they managed and addressed my concerns in a very professional way. I believe if you ever have an issue, approach the manager, your sales representative, service manager ; depending where you might have had an issue there will always be someone there who can make it better. I do not believe Glenmore Audi ignores their customers and give them crappy services. I can say I have bad experiences with Mercedes and BMW, not Audi.

I brought in my 2018 RS3 for service due to cold start engine there is a cracking noise from the rear all the way to the sunroof, the service advisor Michael Mitchell was very detail in my concern and the service was excellent beyond my expectation, a day after I picked up my vehicle the crackling noise was fixed and they wash my car like I am getting a brand new vehicle, I have to say I am very impressed with Glenmore Audi's service really recommend to get service done there, the technician is very well trained and skilled, once again I cannot thank Glenmore Audi for fixing my vehicle!!!

Had been searching for a new SUV and went to several luxury dealerships and found Jennifer Tuff at Glenmore Audi extremely helpful. She answered all our questions and let us go on several test drives to ensure we were making the best choice. Never felt "pushed" into anything and felt that she was very transparent throughout. Also received fantastic help from Vanessa Caron in finance. Purchased a 2017 SQ5 and absolutely love it.

Always a great experience at Glenmore Audi. This is our second lease from this location. Our sales professional, Cathy Rankine, is friendly, knowledgeable, and got us into the vehicle we wanted in a timely manner. Kim Power in the finance department was great and made the paperwork process quick and simple. With my previous vehicle I always got excellent service from Chris Chapman’s team at the service centre, and expect that great service to continue with our new vehicle. My girlfriend and I walked in one Saturday afternoon to look at the new Q5 as the lease on her X3 was expiring. We walked across the floor to the display model at the other end of the showroom and proceeded to check out the vehicle. Over 10 minutes passes by and not a single person came to ask how we were doing or if we had any questions. On the way out she noticed a salesperson sitting and yawning at their desk...Glenmore Audi's too rich and doesn't need any more sales it seems.

You could pass it off as European brand snobbery, but we had just come from Valentine Volvo where a receptionist on crutches made the effort to set us up with a salesperson and test drive. My girlfriend had told me about her previous negative experience with Glenmore Audi, and hence the X3, no wonder my other friend went to Edmonton for his A4!

I agree with everyone else, the worst service of any premium car I've ever owned. Warranty repairs on their cheaply made Mexican Q5's take +4 weeks to service, and even if you book a loaner car, there is no guarantee they will have one for you. You get a survey at the end of each service, even if you rate them a 1-star, no one will follow-up with you and Audi Canada doesn't care.

GAVE US FAKE CARPROOF to hide accidents. Fraudsters. We purchased Q7 in 2014 after we were given a Carproof that showed NO accidents. Fast forward 3 years and I go to sell my vehicle and discover new Carproof does not resemble the Carproof given to us by Glenmore Audi. Not even the country of origin is the same and there were TWO accidents on my vehicle that they concealed to get a full ticket price from us. Confronted with the illegal action in a recorded conversation they admit something is wrong and give us low ball offer to buy back the Q7. Pull your own Carproofs and DO NOT purchase from this group. Shady dealings and this is not their first PR nightmare. Listen to the rumours they are true

For Calgary this Audi service center this is the worst I have seen ever in the nation.



They suck money from you like anything and they don’t do good job .



I been complaining about a problem for little over a year and they said they don’t see any problem and one day it was obvious that the problem was there and by that time they agreed with me that there is a problem I ran out of my insurance obviously I had to pay 800$ for this which when I tried to ask the answer was no we didn’t find anything back then but now we see it .



Even after paying 800$ dollar the job done was dirty .. I had to go back twice to get it fixed .



These people have to change or the management has to change the staff if not this place will be messed up in couple of years down to line.



I don’t recommend any one going to this place for service or purchase .

Cannot believe the service here, we took our A4 here to repair am issue with our fuel pump and that went great. However the next day my fuel tank sensor started reading it's fill level at half of its actual amount. When I called them to find out what we could do to fix this I was told the repair for this was completely unrelated and that there was no way that this issue was related to the repair of our fuel pump.

I cannot believe the attitude I was given when I brought this up, I I'll probably never buy an Audi again.

By far the worst service centre I have ever had to deal with. Brought my Audi Q7 in for an engine light and sunroof fix. Over 2 months later and 5 pick up attempts I finally got my vehicle back. This is not a joke, over 2 months! First attempt, paid my $50 deposit but the seat belts did not worked and the head liner was not put back together correctly, second attempt battery was dead and no charger (claimed I needed a new battery for around $900 but of course I did not), third attempt 1 seat belt still not working, 4th attempt front head light not working and has crack in light and the dam seat belt STILL does not work. Finally on the 5th attempt the seat belt was finally fixed they replaced the bulb but not the cracked head light as they said no way it was there technicians and I did not get my deposit back, they did detail my car but still it was little to late for me to care about that... Fast forward 2 weeks my engine light is back on and my sunroof rattles worse than before, I have called and emailed multiple times with zero reply’s back. So this story will still continue I’m sure.



Not worth the hassle getting service here, I’ll drive across town now.
