Do not let this shop touch your mechanical clocks for repair!! I had a mantle clock repaired mand had trou
ble with it. Took it back and MO had it for two weeks and did nothing to fix it. Same problems!! I asked him originally what he did to fix the clock and he had no answer! He went on to say they fix about 10 clocks aday so he doesn't know or even remember what was done to it. Unreal. I have some knowledge of what it takes to refurbish old clocks and simply he cuts corners on his job. He gets them running all right BUT he doesn't do it right...For the long term. Like I say he cuts corners on his work. I regret very badly for taking my clock to him. Don't make the same mistake I did!!

I took an old bulova hand wind watch that I found on the internet for cheap that had a broken mainspring and they repaired and serviced it perfectly for a very reasonable price. The watch now sets and winds like new, and they even regulated it to around +7 seconds a day (amazing for an old piece like that). I look forward to a long business relationship with them.

I was in today with my tag heuer watch and asked if he had 21mm end links for the bracelet band i said it doesnt have to be tag heuer brand as long as it fit perfectly, he said it would take him 3hrs and 75 dollars for it so i said ok
He called 30min later and said it was done when i went in pick it up
Not only the piece is loose and scratched up MY WATCH WAS ALL SCRATCHED ON THE SIDE when i complained he said he wont give me my watch back until i pay for the labour ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? Now i have scrached up Tag heuer and no end link STAY AWAY!!!!
