My experience has always been pleasant here, from staff always saying hi to fresh baked cookies on St. Patrick's day. My recent experience has been where they special ordered food for my cat. We had a nice talk about it. About 4 weeks later I called to order the food again and they said, "you ordered this before? Yes, we ordered some this week for you knowing you'll return for more."

There's petland right across but I just love getting my cat's food in Global pet foods Shawnessy,the staffs know the products very well and they are very helpful and very friendly .although its a small shop,they have everything!I love the service here. Sometimes they would recommend some treats to my can which my cat loves it crazily (my cat is a extremely picky cat),I strongly recommend this place!

I can't say enough great things about this location. All of the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and really care about our dogs. They offer to carry out our large bags of dog food and even offered to just carry treats out before! If you have a dog or cat, THIS IS YOUR PLACE! And yes, worth the trip down if you don't live close ;) Thanks Global!!
