Our Western Series kicks off tomorrow with The Magnificent Seven (1960) at 7pm! A Mexican village is at the mercy of Calvera, the leader of a band of outlaws. The townspeople, too afraid to fight for themselves, hire seven American gunslingers to free them from the bandits' raids. The professional gunmen train the villagers to defend themselves, then plan a trap for the evil Calvera. Tickets are $10 available at our box office.

The managers at this auditorium were extremely helpful. The movies should be seen by everyone. I absolutely love this place. I come here as much as I can. The popcorn and butter is excellent! The best in the city.

The managers always book the best films, upcoming is Blade of The Immortal. Takeshi Miike is one of my favourites so I love that they are able to bring it in. The staff is extremely helpful and informative when I go and get popcorn. I’ll never say anything negative about this theatre. I find it’s the best in Calgary, they’re working on making it the best in Alberta. They always host the best events. Going to the bathroom here is an honour. It’s so clean and maintained. I feel like I’m at a world-class theatre. This is an amazing hangout spot. This place is absolutely worthy of recommending to all my friends. I’m currently at a Halloween movie marathon and I find it incredibly organized. I simply love going here. This place has been in my life since I was a child, and they’ve only improved in excellence. It’s got a ton of potential to be the best cinema in Canada. I believe in this theatre with all my heart, it has provided so much (sheer joy/ friendliness) it’s always a workout for my imagination. Tuesday’s are excellent days to come here as they always provide great deals.

Love that they show some of the non-mainstream films, really enjoyed Angry Inuk last night. Also the peanut butter M&Ms. :)

It's not about how the place looks, it's about what it represents, and the fact it's been kept in tack all these years ... it's the Perfect Art House Theater.

I've seen plenty of excellent films here, and even had the chance to meet my girlfriend. Always worth a go for a screening for films that are independent or without wide release

I went to the Globe cinema for the first time for the Rocky Horror picture event. The staff was kind, friendly, and well informed about gluten free dietary restrictions in the concession. I loved the audience interaction, fun, and frivolity. I look forward to my next visit to the Globe. �

Honestly for a smaller style movie theatre I honestly prefer it over any other. Staff super friendly and bathrooms are always clean and stoked. If they are doing all night films (yes I know it’s all AGLC) I’d love to see liquor served all night besides for that prices, drink and popcorn is always top notch

Great management, great collaborators with independent groups, and I always have a memorable experience at any of the special events I attend. Special shoutout to the lovely people working at concession during Akira.

Now the four 50+ entitled women who sat int front of us an chatted(not whispering) the entire movie could have been improved... but it's. It just the kids these days..
