Went in to go auto outlet west on Saturday afternoon not expecting much to happen, walked out in the evening with a loaner and a deal in the works. They knew what I wanted and have done everything in their power to get me into what I want, after showing me several that I'd be OK with they knew it wasn't my ideal. My sister was purchasing a car and I am not sure how I ended up being her reference because I actually in my own experience with them had horrible transactions but I did. So I went in with her into the finance office. I have to give Ania props, she dealt with my annoying manner with top notch professionalism. She answered all of our questions (that we bounced back to our own finance specialist from our own respective field) and gave my sister a good deal. She stayed a good two hours past her off time to deal with us as well. She worked hard to earn our business. Overall not to bad experience. Main disappointment is that the only key fob they gave me doesn't lock or unlock my car. Was told it is under warranty but after calling Mitsubishi found out that is not the case.

Got a dodge caravan everything was good with it. Referred my brother in law & never got the promised 500 dollar go auto money your suppose to get when you refer someone who ends up getting a vehicle through them. Was promised a spare tire and spare keys. Months went by and never got them. Ended up trading in our van for a Chevy Orlando, the hatch button crapped out after a month and our vehicle started dying all the time. Luckily my fiancé is very good with vehicles and easily fixed both problems. I still think a vehicle shouldn’t have so many problems within the first month of having it though. Hopefully nothing else happens. Still a nice ride other then those few issues. And the costumer service was friendly.

We started out really liking everything but now we are having issues with our car . The aftermarket leather heated seats keep blowing fuses . First time they fixed it and now this time they are acting like it's our fault . When the fuse blows everything stops working no windows or anything . Took it in today and they want $400 to fix it . And then said it was a safety issue and we shouldn't be driving it . I don't have a extra $400 !! So I guess I'll be looking at ways to get out of this lease cause if this is how we are treated you can shove the car where the sun don't shine !!! Horrible service

We have bought a total of 3 cars from go auto west and it seemed all good at first. The day after I took my car home I needed to use my horn guess what my car didn't have a working horn! What kind of dealership sells a vehicle without a working horn. Husband took his car in to get a flat tire repaired on a 2015 car last winter, they broke the lug nuts and charged my husband for 5 lug nuts even though they were the ones to break it. I recently took my car into get the handle fixed as it stopped working from the outside. Apparently I have a flat tire ( which they filled last appointment last week and failed to tell me that I should keep an eye on it) after I was told when I bought the car that I had all season tires on it was in fact winter tires so now what I was hoping to be just a simple 300 fix on my handle it's an extra 300 dollar fix for a new tire. Arghhh! All the cars we seem to buy from go auto seem to be money pits. Avoid unless you like to spend lots of extra money!

Very poor customer service. When we bought our vehicle with them, we didnt notice that the rear bumper was separarting from the vehicle

Recently however it has become very noticable and when i called to see if it was covered under the extended warranty we bought they advised no.



Took it to my mechanic and he advised that someome put an ordinary screw and washer in the side panel instead of fixing the bumper

Was told to speak to the general manager,But he was unavailable both times i called.



Its so unfair that we have to pay $350 to get the bumper fixed properly because their mechanics dont know how to do it properly. If they did their jobs properly they should have seen it immediately and would not cost use any money to get it fix.

Not gonna deal with go auto anymore.

Three months later my whole front suspension is gone. I drove all highway and city but they are telling me it's wear and tear. Found out three months later that the warranty they told me I bought isn't the actual one I got and nothing ended up being covered. So I need to drop 4000 on a 8000 dollar vehicle to make it right but this is just wear and tear right. Three month and it need 4000 of work and this is reasonable wear and tear. Btw I put on 1000 km that's it. I would never recommend nor gohere again. Worst experience possible.

They have our vehicle returned to them with the promise that they will send us the paper work to release our insurance (it's leased and requires this paper work to have the insurance removed or they continue to charge me monthly) They were GREAT at constantly harrassing us even though they knew our plans and situation, removing money without approval and flat out rude after they got what they wanted...but now that they have the vehicle in their posession(we had no other choice) they NEVER ANSWER PHONE CALLS or return them! We have been calling all day ever since making and following through with plans on Our End . bring your business c

Still waiting..... unless you have a month to wait for a vehicle you purchased, don't bother . Attempted to pick ours up once but they "forgot" to install the remote starter and as my husband drive away sensor lights came on, which when taken back as soon as they opened, they informed us at first those would not be covered, but they would replace the faulty battery... umm what? Financing has already called to setup the second payment for Jan.3.... yet the vehicle hasn't even made it home yet. Thanks a lot go auto :( Merry Christmas :(

Never have I been to a dealer ship as shady as this one, disrespectful, useless, you name it there it, salesmen and sales manager are nothing but a cupple of slime balls, sold them my truck and after over a week of the new owner having my truck and after over 20 phone calls of my yelling did I finally get paid for it, it came down to me just about calling the truck in stolen. The sales men I was dealing with ignored my calls and avoided me at all costs, the sales manager was disrespectful and not helpful, wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Never again will I do business of any kind with your business! I bought a 2010 Ford Escape there last September! The very next day I called that the A/C wasn't working. I came in and you supposedly fixed the problem. A few months of cold wether go by and in May when I needed A/C it wasn't working. I brought it back! For the second time you claimed it needed to be "topped up" you assured me no leaks and it was now under warranty! You still charged me over $100. So 1 month later again it isn't working. I called you and left a message. You returned my call and left a message. I returned your call and left a message and nobody got back to me. Today I brought it to a real mechanic! A professional! It was the compressor! And he is convinced that was the problem all along! I'm so angry that I am out of pocket about 400 dollars now for a problem that should have been fixed while under warranty! Never again!

I went to go auto in Leduc a few months ago to look into purchasing a vehicle. They gave me ONE option and one only. When I said no they continued to text me and harass me saying i was making a mistake not buying the car. They are still texting me right now, so incredibly rude and on the verge of harassing me. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I was told that my financing in my new vehicle is approved and advised to insure the new vehicle. I got it insured and when i came back to the dealership they say its not approved. Its the worse experience ever.

I bought a bmwx5 2008 from go auto the car broke down in few weeks the tires were bald I took it to bmw for vehicle inspection and then told me it's gonna cost me 4000 dollars to get everything fixed I took it back to go auto showed them my report and they told me everything is ok and then blamed bmw after six months later I went back to go auto again and trade my bmw for ford fusion 2014 and they did in house financing on 18% interest and they told me after 6 months they gonna re finance my loan and bring my interest rate down i recently called them and they told me since then value of my car is not the same as when I bought it so they can't do that but they never told me about that it's a scam company I will never recommend anybody to buy a vehicle from them now I'm paying 30k for the car that doesn't even worth 15k

Extremely unpleasant experience at the go Mazda location. Sales rep and sales manager Scott and Shaun were screaming and talking down to me over the phone over pricing. If you're looking for accommodating and understanding staff. This is definitely not the place.

Bought my first car from them in May, couldn’t get into the vehicle I wanted right away so they put me in a nice little car to build up some credit. The man who sold me the car tells me in 6 months down the road I could trade it in for the vehicle I wanted to begin with. 8 months go by, I go in to trade and they tell me I’d have $9000 in negative equity because my car has to many km’s and is in rough shape. Why did the salesman fail to tell me about the negative equity and sell me a car with that many km’s knowing I was going to trade it in right away? My passenger window and drivers window no longer roll up or down and I’m currently stuck in Drayton Valley because my starter just quick on me. It’s falling apart on me & it’s 8 months old. Never will go with go auto again!!!!

Bought a 2013 Dodge Dart from these leaches with 2 year service warranty. Within two weeks clutch was burnt out and I had to pay half for a new one. Wheel well liner was also damaged and they won’t replace because it requires a new bumper. Steering makes strange noises on occasion but because they couldn’t hear it when I took it in they refused to diagnose it or troubleshoot. Now check engine light is on within 6 weeks of possession and I have to pay for the diagnostic. Also the fuel leak sensor needs replacing, granted they have replaced it but it just shows me the standard their shitty mechanics have towards “inspecting” their vehicles. General Manager also looks like he is on the verge of laughing at you when you are clearly unhappy with any situation. Very dirty company. My recommendation to them is less free bottles of water and cookies and more actual satisfactory vehicle maintenance and customer service.

Answering text messages from Go Auto is the biggest waste of time ever.



I received all sorts of text messages telling me that I have the vehicle that GoAuto wanted to buy. I was even offered a tank of gas just for coming down. So they have me fill out an online application, then have me checking back to verify the vehicle's worth. I sent a VIN. Investing this time into this whole process and then yet making a trip down to the dealership only to find out that nothing would be able to happen without a co-signer?! I've never needed a cosigner on any auto loan I've ever had, but now all of a sudden they do.



So you mean to tell me that when I filled out the application online - even submitted all my pay stubs and that based on all of that information.. nobody had any clue that I was going to be declined without a co-signer and they couldn't spare me the four days of effort and the trip down to the dealership by just declining me over the phone.



They didn't give me the tank of gas they used as a ruse to get me into the dealership or even a bottle of water.



Save your time and patience. You don't have to go home, just don't Go Auto.

Absolutely worst company to ever have my service. On Dec 17 i bought a 2015 Dodge ram 1500 for a trade in of my 2010 subaru. Just a few weeks in of owning my new truck the air suspension decided to break on its own while sitting in my driveway. On Jan 12 I brought the truck into a dodge dealership and they quoted the truck at $3000 to fix. I immediately called go auto to inform them about the cost as it was not covered by the factory warranty. After over a week of trying to get a hold of a manager, they just got back to me today about my truck saying they cannot cover the cost because i have owned the truck for over a month... I proved to the guy over the phone that it was within a month when i gave them the repair quote (26 days to be exact) and all he had to say was "sorry there is still nothing we can do". I will never recommend this company to anyone and most definitely wont ever see business from me again.

Didnt even try to fix it before having a driver drive to BC with this car that needed well over $2000 in body work done on it. To top it off they even kept our deposit which they made us pay before hand

Never have I been to a dealer ship as shady as this one, disrespectful, useless, you name it there it, salesmen and sales manager are nothing but a cupple of slime balls, sold them my truck and after over a week of the new owner having my truck and after over 20 phone calls of my yelling did I finally get paid for it, it came down to me just about calling the truck in stolen. The sales men I was dealing with ignored my calls and avoided me at all costs, the sales manager was disrespectful and not helpful, wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Never again will I do business of any kind with your business! I bought a 2010 Ford Escape there last September! The very next day I called that the A/C wasn't working. I came in and you supposedly fixed the problem. A few months of cold wether go by and in May when I needed A/C it wasn't working. I brought it back! For the second time you claimed it needed to be "topped up" you assured me no leaks and it was now under warranty! You still charged me over $100. So 1 month later again it isn't working. I called you and left a message. You returned my call and left a message. I returned your call and left a message and nobody got back to me. Today I brought it to a real mechanic! A professional! It was the compressor! And he is convinced that was the problem all along! I'm so angry that I am out of pocket about 400 dollars now for a problem that should have been fixed while under warranty! Never again!

It disgusts me how you guys are still in business! Not only do you allow straw purchases, fail to give proper paper work, to rip up the car proof in front of Me, kick me out of your store when I bring my son's car back after the 1st month cause his bumper fell off. Secretary says oh that vehicle was in an accident? Excuse me... How the f... do you people sleep at night after taking advantage and screwing people over? I went to go auto in Leduc a few months ago to look into purchasing a vehicle. They gave me ONE option and one only. When I said no they continued to text me and harass me saying i was making a mistake not buying the car. They are still texting me right now, so incredibly rude and on the verge of harassing me. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I was told that my financing in my new vehicle is approved and advised to insure the new vehicle. I got it insured and when i came back to the dealership they say its not approved. Its the worse experience ever.

I bought a bmwx5 2008 from go auto the car broke down in few weeks the tires were bald I took it to bmw for vehicle inspection and then told me it's gonna cost me 4000 dollars to get everything fixed I took it back to go auto showed them my report and they told me everything is ok and then blamed bmw after six months later I went back to go auto again and trade my bmw for ford fusion 2014 and they did in house financing on 18% interest and they told me after 6 months they gonna re finance my loan and bring my interest rate down i recently called them and they told me since then value of my car is not the same as when I bought it so they can't do that but they never told me about that it's a scam company I will never recommend anybody to buy a vehicle from them now I'm paying 30k for the car that doesn't even worth 15k

Extremely unpleasant experience at the go Mazda location. Sales rep and sales manager Scott and Shaun were screaming and talking down to me over the phone over pricing. If you're looking for accommodating and understanding staff. This is definitely not the place.

I felt ripped off and trapped.. now stuck with a suv I hate and will lose another year of payments until I can trade this piece of crap in..

Bought my first car from them in May, couldn’t get into the vehicle I wanted right away so they put me in a nice little car to build up some credit. The man who sold me the car tells me in 6 months down the road I could trade it in for the vehicle I wanted to begin with. 8 months go by, I go in to trade and they tell me I’d have $9000 in negative equity because my car has to many km’s and is in rough shape. Why did the salesman fail to tell me about the negative equity and sell me a car with that many km’s knowing I was going to trade it in right away? My passenger window and drivers window no longer roll up or down and I’m currently stuck in Drayton Valley because my starter just quick on me. It’s falling apart on me & it’s 8 months old. Never will go with go auto again!!!!

Bought a 2013 Dodge Dart from these leaches with 2 year service warranty. Within two weeks clutch was burnt out and I had to pay half for a new one. Wheel well liner was also damaged and they won’t replace because it requires a new bumper. Steering makes strange noises on occasion but because they couldn’t hear it when I took it in they refused to diagnose it or troubleshoot. Now check engine light is on within 6 weeks of possession and I have to pay for the diagnostic. Also the fuel leak sensor needs replacing, granted they have replaced it but it just shows me the standard their shitty mechanics have towards “inspecting” their vehicles. General Manager also looks like he is on the verge of laughing at you when you are clearly unhappy with any situation. Very dirty company. My recommendation to them is less free bottles of water and cookies and more actual satisfactory vehicle maintenance and customer service.

Answering text messages from Go Auto is the biggest waste of time ever.



I received all sorts of text messages telling me that I have the vehicle that GoAuto wanted to buy. I was even offered a tank of gas just for coming down. So they have me fill out an online application, then have me checking back to verify the vehicle's worth. I sent a VIN. Investing this time into this whole process and then yet making a trip down to the dealership only to find out that nothing would be able to happen without a co-signer?! I've never needed a cosigner on any auto loan I've ever had, but now all of a sudden they do.



So you mean to tell me that when I filled out the application online - even submitted all my pay stubs and that based on all of that information.. nobody had any clue that I was going to be declined without a co-signer and they couldn't spare me the four days of effort and the trip down to the dealership by just declining me over the phone.



They didn't give me the tank of gas they used as a ruse to get me into the dealership or even a bottle of water.



Save your time and patience. You don't have to go home, just don't Go Auto.

Absolutely worst company to ever have my service. On Dec 17 i bought a 2015 Dodge ram 1500 for a trade in of my 2010 subaru. Just a few weeks in of owning my new truck the air suspension decided to break on its own while sitting in my driveway. On Jan 12 I brought the truck into a dodge dealership and they quoted the truck at $3000 to fix. I immediately called go auto to inform them about the cost as it was not covered by the factory warranty. After over a week of trying to get a hold of a manager, they just got back to me today about my truck saying they cannot cover the cost because i have owned the truck for over a month... I proved to the guy over the phone that it was within a month when i gave them the repair quote (26 days to be exact) and all he had to say was "sorry there is still nothing we can do". I will never recommend this company to anyone and most definitely wont ever see business from me again.

Absolutely the worst company ever, we were going to buy a vehicle from them and they sent us a damaged vehicle. Didnt even try to fix it before having a driver drive to BC with this car that needed well over $2000 in body work done on it. To top it off they even kept our deposit which they made us pay before hand

Dont deal with these shady people. They will take your money and run
