Edit : only after making my review was I called back. They replaced the mini Cooper but my husband's car is still Mia. We just want a solution as were still paying insurance and payments on a car we don't have.

Also it's not slander if it's true but I'd be careful what you review of them.

The customer service I received from Eddy Bango during the purchase of my new vehicle was some of the best Service I have had in a long time! He was very helpful and polite through the whole deal! If I were to come back to Go Auto for another vehicle I would love to have Eddy as my Representative! Great Job! Thank you Eddy!!!

I just got a call from this dealership telling me that I got a $203.00 ticket on a car that I test drove in August. They asked me if I would like to settle it over the phone or come in and pay it. I asked them to send me a copy of the ticket and when it arrived I saw that it was for a vehicle that I did not test drive at a time a couple of hours earlier than I was driving the car. They are checking into it to see how 'we' are going to handle it. Thank God that I did not trust their word and pay the ticket over the phone! Just a heads-up.

Update:. They just called me back to confirm that the contract that I signed was for a different car than the one that got the ticket, but still - get it together, guys! If I had not refused to pay the ticket over the phone with me credit card I would have been out $203.00.

Absolutely wonderful service. Victor was our salesmen and went above beyond what anyone could consider good service. We told him what we were looking for and he found the perfect vehicle, even touching up dents, replacing the rusted bumper and cracked glass. An 09 never looked so new. He answered every question, made us laugh through the process and helped in every way he could, even letting us rent a truck with no charge while ours was in the garage. Go Auto was great and I highly recommend it, but Victor was phenomenal and certainly needs a raise.

Staff was friendly and my sales rep was awesome. Friendly and patient with an obvious interest in vehicles. Prices seem fair. Had a pretty good selection compared to other places due to the network of other dealers.
Delivered car dirty with half a tank of gas and played phone tag with me for two months while I tried to get money for it. Never did get my money. Wash fuel and a timely inspection were the buying conditions but weren't met

One of the worst dealership experience​s in my life. I never been to a more airheaded work place. Very chauvinistic place. 1 person out of the entire staff of sales and the front desk were helpful and all that person did was get the keys to my truck so I could leave this less than desirable place.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and it was quite a journey to embark apon. The sales experience was amazing Eddie Bongo was a great help all throughout the process, was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and I highly recommend that you go and see him if you come to this dealership. The issues that I had here were not so much from people as much as from mechanical issues. Personally when I purchase a used vehicle from a dealership, while I don't expect it to be in mint condition, I do expect it to come without mechanical issues.

Upon purchasing a car and giving the dealership $5,000 for said car one of my clauses was to have the battery and alternator tested as the battery connectors were really corroded. I was assured that this would be done, however it was evidently not done and withing a week the battery was completely dead. I had to boost it 5 times in one day and after that it simply wouldn't start even with a boost. After checking the battery undiscovered that there wasn't even any water in the cells! I called up the dealership and they were pretty good with replacing the battery, I did have to argue with them a little to convince them that seeing as how they failed to do the work requested it should be their responsibility to tow the car to the shop in order to replace the battery.

In th end they towed the car, replaced the battery and did an alternator test while providing me with a nice loaner all at no coast to me. However with in a week the check engine light came on. At this point I'm fed up with the vehicle and brought it back to the dealership. I told them that I wanted a different vehicle and they worked well to get me into another car, I did pay a little extra for said car.

Again I have to tip my hat to Eddie Bongo who sold me the second car as he worked very hard to find me a vehicle that I liked and that was in good condition. I must also say that Mike the GM of the dealership was also very helpful throughout the process to make is as smooth as possible. Now unfortunately there were some minor issues with this vehicle that I discovered within the first week, mainly that the heat didn't work, the passage door didn't lock, and the Pistons on the truck hatch were shot. I am extremely grateful to the dealership for they fixed all of these issues for me without incurring any cost to me.

When all is said and done I can honestly say that I am happy with my vehicle purchase, and the only reason that I gave a three star was due to all the mechanical issues that I came across and the fact that it took little over a month to finally have a sound working vehicle. At the end of the day though I can recommend this dealership, the only advice I will give to you if you're considering going here is to set boundaries and firm expectations with them. Stand your ground and don't back down when there is an issue with your vehicle. When I did this I was well taken care of.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Go Auto in Leduc and I have to say its the best service I have ever received!! All the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make me and my children comfortable while we were there. My kids loved it! they got hot chocolate and were so proud when their colouring sheets were hung up on the window. I have to give a huge thank you to Mike, Sid and Kim for working with me, everyone went above and beyond to help me get the vehicle I wanted. I am so grateful for everything, words can not explain! I highly recommend this dealership to everyone. Thank you so much for making my experience so amazing! You guys are awesome! :)

I am so impressed with Go Auto Leduc.
From the moment I walked in to look at vehicles they were so welcoming! They had no issues getting coloring pages with crayons for my children, letting them use the TV in the lounge to watch cartoons, offering beverages, doing a very sweet random act of kindness for my family, giving a sweet deal on our new vehicle, staying past closed to help us with everything, driving to our car rental company so we didn't need to take a cab back to grab the new vehicle. The man who helped us named Eddy was absolutely fabulous- nothing short of amazing. Thanks go auto for all of your help!! 5 stars from me ☆☆☆☆☆
