Nice people and all but as other several other reviews mention, they will drain out your insurance. In my case my insurance covers 80% of reasonable charges for each procedure. Each procedure charge is over inflated so the insurance pays whatever is appropriate and they charge you the rest. Oh yea they dont even call you before they charge your credit card. I have a health spending account to cover the 20% but they charged over $400 without even calling me on my personal credit card. Didnt even give me a chance to manage that kind of charge. Oh another comment that the receptionist made was that Alberta is a unregulated province so we will charge whatever we want. Well then screw you we are not coming back. But i do have to mention the hygienist dental assistant and dentists were very nice.

Excellent service. I don't have to wait that long to get in and when I am getting anything done both dentist and hygienist explain everything in great detail.

yes its a beautiful place and people are so nice BUT be very careful, once they see you are senior or with any insurance wow... they know seniors get upto $5000. per 5 yrs. they sqeeze out your money as much as possible. their charge is extremely high. I was not told what they were going to do on my teeth or how much I will be charged. For half dental work I was charged $1500. plus $450 for cleaning. and for other half side for 4 cavities again $800. which I refused and found another dentist in red deer and they did more and filled all the cavities and was charged only $300...(True one tooth was filled which was broken and 4 cavities they filled as they say. But just imagine their prices comparing with other dentists. Watch out.)

Everyone in the office is friendly. I have anxiety going to the dentist but they were all so kind and helpful. I am so impressed with the level of care that I have received at Go Dental

I was fortunate enough to have fractured my second back molar on the lower arcade during Dental business hours. It didn't hurt at first but knowing half of the inside of my molar was exposed, it was only a matter of time before I'd be in a world of hurt and a lot of trouble. Staff was able to get me in as a walk in, as this was kind of what qualifies as an emergency, as I couldn't wait for an appointment 5 hours later. Quickly assessed, given all I need, and was well understood how painful the exposed insides of the tooth was. Very happy with the gentle touch of the dentist, and SO glad she didn't decide to poke and scrape the inside of the tooth and just used gentle percussion and observation. Had to do a temp filling without anaesthetic, but time was of the essence. The longer a tooth is exposed that wide open, the more you increase a chance of an infection that can enter the blood stream directly linked to your heart. Still they were very gentle and it didn't hurt as much as I anticipated. But full anesthetics will await my root canal. You guys actually are managing to save my tooth, and patched it good while I await the procedure, saving my sanity. From reception up to the dentist, you're all heroes.

I've been going to this dental office for about 2 years now. I've never had a problem with the staff and for the most part they are very helpful and friendly. However, my recent experience has been disappointing. During the course of time, I had to do a bunch of fillings and tooth extractions and shortly after I have been experiencing pain after all of these treatments were done. One of my affected teeth has been cracked twice after being filled, and it turns out that the tooth ended up being slightly inflamed and needs a root canal. I asked if there would be some reduced charge since it is on a tooth that was recently worked on but they will still charge the full amount. What is frustrating is the fact that I paid a lot of money to get all of this work done, then to find out I still need a root canal in the end. To top it off I was charged for an emergency visit when I simply booked for an appointment. It's a shame because I like the staff and office, but I am going to have to take my business elsewhere.

Go Dental's office staff made my visit unbearable. They are rude and unprofessional. The office manager has got to be the worst as far as customer service goes. She had no intention of trying to help me solve a billing issue. SHE DID HOWEVER HAVE NO PROBLEM EMBARRASSING ME AND CALLING OUT MY PARENTING SKILLS IN FRONT OF A WAITING ROOM FULL OF PEOPLE. They charged my credit card several times instead of calling me to discuss how they submitted my claim wrong. They even lied to me and said they called and left several messages (i had phone records pulled which proved their lies).
If you want to be disrespected by an obese office manager who doesn't even like herself - then head on down to go dental. Its too bad Dr Goldberg employs people like this - who are helping ruin his business. BEWARE!!

I had my pre determination of cost from my insurance before i agreed to under go procedure. I was pretty much assured that i will not be charged on any cost as i have me covered by my insurance. A month passed and i was surprised to get an invoice mailed by GO Dental and they charged me less that $300.00. My point is, they should have the guts to call me first and let me know that i was billed this amount. When i called them they said that i signed a waiver. BUT my point is, they have made clear to me that before my procedure, i have nothing to pay. They told me to call my insurance which is totally not an acceptable explanation. I really regret dealing with this clinic they are good in charging you too much.

I took my 4.5 year old in to go dental. She was bothered by a pain she described in her tooth. We booked our app 2 weeks in advance. When we came in. The dentist looked in her mouth said the color of her teeth are great and looks like nothing is wrong. No check up was done at all we were in and out within 3 min if not less, I was charged $100.00 for an emergency visit. I don't know why it was an emergency visit when it was booked 2 days in advance. Also nothing was done for her. (Her tooth pain was gone in a few days)
