Mary with go auto, was very helpful. She was able to find me just the truck I was looking for and got me a good interest rate. It was such a buyer friendly experience that I will be a return customer for sure. I would recommend the go dodge experience to anyone good credit or bad.

Got my truck repaired here for the 3rd time. Overall I’m very impressed with the service staff (Chris) who took care of my Eco-Diesel truck. He seemed to genuinely care about my needs and my truck. Their loaner vehicle service was done in house via budget and was also flawless. No issues with warranty. Most good service goes unnoticed 👍🏻

Very unprofessional! Arranged for a meeting in the morning, and the sales associate didn't even bother showing up. After sitting for nearly half an hour waiting another sales associate offers me assistance. He was solely interested in making a decent commission. The vehicle that I was interested in looking at apparently had 5000 dollars worth of repairs. It would have been nice to be advertised as that, and to also be notified about that when I had first inquired about it a week in advance. The sales associate goes on to say that he normally tells people because its a waste of his time. Well no actually its a waste of my time to come see you at your work place on my day off. A solution would be to take commission away from these guys, pay the bums minimum wage then finally we may have some decent car sales ppl rather than money hungry hooligans only interested in their personal gain. The customer should always come first. Also maybe stop falsely advertising vehicles as if they are road worthy, when in reality they require extensive work. I wasn't aware car dealerships sell broken vehicles. I now know they do.

I recently dealt with Nicole in the finance office and she completely changed the way i view dealerships now. She was polite, honest and upfront about everything and wasn't pushy at all. She understood my family's needs and got us into the vehicle that best suited us financially.

i would highly recommend her to anyone who has been treated poorly by other places as she'll change your perspective on dealerships in a heart beat.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They rip you off and sell you a vehicle that keeps breaking down so that you will spend more money in their shop. We bought a vehicle from here and the next day the vehicle wouldn't start. We took it in for repairs and they try to sell us another vehicle with a much lower trade in value of the one they just sold us and a higher priced vehicle not in our budget. We are not interested in such a rip off deal. THEN when we got the vehicle back from being fixed there was a dent in our front bumper that was not there before!!! They said they did a walk around and it was there before they took it in the shop! Any other shop would have pointed out the dent or scratches to us first and have us note it prior to them taking it into the shop. BE VERY CAREFUL with this dealership and shop. The manager makes you think he is trying to help you out and trying to make you happy but he's just a con artist. Make sure you check the calculations on your sale if you do buy from here, they will try to add a year or 2 to the payment plan to make more money but stating that they are "trying to work within our budget" Yes the monthly plan works in our budget but we are NOT paying an extra $10,000 - $20,000 for a vehicle that they say is X amount to start with. So make sure you calculate your total payment of all the years combined to see what you're actually paying for the vehicle. We have had nothing but issues dealing with them since we bought from here. If you enjoy having headaches and bringing your vehicle back repeatedly and dealing with people who are going to screw you over I DO NOT recommend buying from here.

Very disappointed! Put money down on a vehicle and it was sold anyway without so much as a courtesy call or an apology. Then I was hung up on when I questioned the down payment policy, without even receiving an answer regarding the process. I was simply told "They are a dealership that sells vehicles". So I assume at this point that means first come first serve regardless of if you put money down.
I was insulted when they said I argued over a $10 difference in payment (really??) AND told they held the vehicle much longer for me than they actually did. I put my money down on April 18 and vehicle was sold April 29.
So instead of having two happy customers, they sold my vehicle out from under me and was told that I could happily take my business elsewhere when I questioned the policy.
Say what you want Southtown, I still have the texts to prove that what I'm saying is the dirty truth.

Both Kurt and Terry met my needs and went well above and beyond my expectations. Their customer service was top notch. Their knowledge blew me away. This was my second purchase at this dealership and it was a very smooth transaction. I told my girlfriend about how much they helped me and she came in that same week and bought a new 2016 Jeep Wrangler!!! We will see you again in the future guys!!
