We live in Calgary and drive the 180 miles to buy our cars here. We have been coming here for the last 6 years and have bought 4 vehicles. We have always had a great experience. The sales staff and finance guys are the best. They really looked after us and got us the vehicle and rate we wanted. We will continue to drive from Calgary to Edmonton for their prices, staff and inventory.

My experience with Tom Prepchuk was everything I could have asked for. He listened to me and let me know which cars he knew I could actually afford. He definitely got me excited about a car I had no idea I wanted until I sat down in it. I would definitely come back and go through this same process with Tom again. Thanks for the quality service.

Awesome customer service both In Sales and Finance, Thank Eze and Charissa For Going above and beyond to get me Into a new Ram 1500. No pressure sales atmosphere. Would recommend anyone to purchase from these guys.

I bought a 2017 Dodge Ram. My dream truck! I had a wonderful experience with my salesperson, Jot Gill. Also, Tom Z. in finance was great too.

I do have a concern however which is why 5 stars was not awarded. When my truck was ready for me to pick-up, the detail crew scratched the passenger side rear door and the polish job was terrible. It is cloudy and you can see the swirls in it. More care needs to be taken. Still waiting for someone in service to call me to book it in to correct this.

at the time we bought our vehicle, great service by the salesperson. finance not so good. paid a small cash deposit never got it back. now we find out that the vehicle we purchased has no spare tire. good to know when your in the mountains with no cell phone service.

Meh. Dealerships are dealerships. They all talk the talk until they get a sale. That part wasn’t so bad. I mean (it could have been worse) the part that ticks me off is when they hype up the “referral” system the day your signing the papers like “ya anyone you tell to come buy a vehicle and they do we give you 500$” THEN DONT GOD DAMN COME THROUGH WITH IT. One of my friend went in 2-3 days after me and bought (got approved) for a vehicle and they have been dicking me around for almost a month... so annoying. So hype it all up if you ain’t going to come good for it.

User

no follow through on paperwork. Husband Bought used vehicle. was told paperwork would be mailed out. nothing has ever arrived. Kept waiting . It has been over 2 months! Finally put in call where is paperwork. will get it together for you and mail it out. I follow up with another call a week later. Still Nothing but promises of getting it together to and mail out. No,I say I will pick up. Call to find out if its ready and no it isn't! Now another week later and still nothing! I would not recommend this particular dealership to anybody.

User

What a horrible dealership. Should have learned from our first experience with them not to go back. After taking almost an entire year to get an automatic running board fixed we should have never went back. I took our truck there almost once every month trying to get the running board fixed because they refused to just order a new one after 6 months of "wrong parts" being sent or it's something else now not what we thought. My husband bought a 2017 ram from them just barely a year ago. They installed the lift kit and we were told any warranty work, should there be any, would have to be done by them specifically because they installed the lift. Ok fine. My husband was driving and had his shocks break. Got it there and they said they'd have to see if it would be covered under warranty. A week later they call and say the manufacturer will warranty the shocks but not cover the cost of labour. Told my husband (who is a licenced mechanic) $500 to change two shocks. He told them we wouldn't be paying that, just give him the shocks and he'll change them himself. They told him the shocks weren't in and they'd call when they were another almost 2 weeks later he calls to see if they are in and they are and he told them ok throw them in the truck I'll have it picked up and do it myself. They won't do that. He either has to pay them the $500 to do it or give them $600 in order to get the new shocks and they'll refund it when/if he brings the old ones back or he can take the truck as is and take it apart go back to them with the old shocks and they'll give him the new ones. After almost spending 200k there between 2 vehicles you think they could cover such a simple thing seeing how they installed it and they said they'd HAVE to do the warranty work. We don't live in Edmonton so we spend an hour driving there and an hour driving home each time. I would never recommend them to anyone I know or a stranger for that matter.

User

Well I spent about $90,000 all in on a 2017 jeep srt 8 in may and I've spent more times at the dealership with it then the Nissan Titan I had for 5 years. Started with my traction control not working and having them replace a diff module at 3000km. Then shortly after that my diff and tranny would slam hard especially in 1st-2nd gear and they first blamed it on the 8speed and said that's normal and then they tried saying my one tire with 7000km on it being out 1/32 YES 1/32nd!! Is causing it, which still isn't resolved by the way because they expect me to buy a brand new set of tires for almost $3000 even though I have rim/tire warranty (What a joke). Now today my cylinders are misfiring at 13,000km. I've went in so many times that I no the shuttle drivers on a first name basis. They are lucky to have cam as a salesman because after you buy a car it all goes downhill from there. SAVE YOUR MONEY and don't buy domestic.

User

Savin Kim is the biggest liar in this dealership we traded in 2014 Dodge dart for a 2008 Honda pilot we were lied to about the broken alternator we were lied to about the heat and issue the dealership did pay for is the fix the alternator but now there is more problems with the vehicle now we are stuck paying for a car that don’t work and when confronting the dealership about it the first time we were kicked out and told not to come back and then we were approached by the GM and he signed an agreement for us to fix the vehicle on her own and after that they will not deal with us anymore I highly do not recommend purchasing a used vehicle from this location as they make us feel that we are the Crooks we were so in barest it wasn’t even funny they embarrassed us in front of the customers.

User

Purchased a 2016 Ram 1500 after trading in my 2013. The main reason for the trade was to get a vehicle to tow my trailer. The salesman assured me that the 2016 I purchased would be more than enough to tow. Well....after returning from holiday went to the store and mentioned that the truck was not what I was told. Come to find out now that it was totally underpowered and should never have been recommended for towing a trailer. Numerous visits and phone calls have not even resulted in an apology or an offer to rectify the situation. Have subsequently purchased the correct vehicle for my needs from a very accommodating dealership. Sorry but will not be dealing with you again.....

User

Horrible service!

Especially Jordan Sorge, part of the backhanded, deceitful finance department who purposely held onto check to pay out previous vehicle loan for almost 3 weeks after they should have paid it out, just to screw me over for calling them on their bullshit fees that magically kept being added to the bill of sale (which no one could explain and they rolled their eyes when I requested to have it removed or NO deal).

As a result, my previous vehicle had missed payments and service charges that I only recovered after I had my bank prove the dealership's wrongdoing.

I will never buy from here again despite sales staff being amazing; dealing with the finance nightmare for over a month and it affecting my credit is enough for me to write this review and warn potential customers. Go to a different dealership.

Reading reviews on numerous platforms and seeing that this dealership has a tendency to pull this stuff and employ shady people (more specifically Jordan Sorge & Rob) in their finance department to scam customers out of a few hundred or thousand dollars.

I'd rate this dealership a zero if I could.

User

Great sales team, thanks Jason.....However the finance team (Tom) was an absolute joke! He was an hour late for our initial meeting, rude the entire time, and didn’t inform me of MANY thing. Wouldn’t return because of this!

User

Gosh, where do I start...

Husband and I go in to trade in our vehicles. 2014 Jeep Grande Cherokee and a 2011 Dodge.

They find me a 2017 granite jeep grande Cherokee like I asked. 5 days later I get a call saying that the dealership they were getting it from sold it... ok...weird. They find another...3 days later, it happens again, dealership sold it. Really? Now the day the 15 percent off sale is over they suddenly can't find any white, grey or blue jeep grande Cherokees but have a demo one with 6000 km on it. I take a look, ask for a better deal and they make it work. Awesome.

Drive home the jeep, realize they didn't do an oil change or check fluids (as requested), just gave it to me as is. I call in, they say, no prob, we will do that all for you when you bring it in for the first oil change (which they will pay for). Have it for all of 3 weeks and I have liquid leaking all over the driveway. Take it in (all the way from the deep west end while working and having a 1 year old) they look it over, do an oil change and claim nothing is leaking that it must be overfilled.

3 weeks later.....-20 out driving with my 1 year old from Beaumont to West Edmonton and I have no heat. Husband drops us off at home and drives all the way back to Go Dodge while the vehicle is now over heating on the Whitemud, he arrives and they realize there is zero antifreeze in the vehicle. Go figure. The mechanics somehow missed that when it was brought it for a leak 3 weeks prior?!

Speak to the manager Brian who only offers me a tank of gas next time I'm in the area (which is never) and only after I complained and asked what they could offer me for all this hassle.

Such a joke of a place. Bad experience from the beginning, the only good thing about it was we liked Eddie and Colette.

User

Flying monkeys who will smile in your face until they have your money then try to milk you after.

Sales dep seems really nice.. but once they got your money for a piece of shit painted gold, they're done with you and they don't give a fuck.

Garbage company. I paid cash for a 2015, it doesn't want to start 2 weeks later off the lot. Meanwhile they're trying to call us to upsell us a trade in 2 weeks after they sold us this thing for $4000 less in value than I paid originally. Had to tell them to take us off the list.

Keep bringing it in to get different things fixed. Coolant leaks, we bring the car in, 15 minutes back off the lot when we get the car back, all the warning lights coincidentially come on... so we have to bring it in for $99 service fee to clean a censor. Sales for some reason was "covering the other half". (Oldest trick in the book)

My first warning sign should have been the angry guy being escorted out by 3 of the meatheads while he was yelling "You ripped me off!! It this how you treat your customers??!!" While I was signing papers.

These idiots are fucking con artists.

WARNING: Buy your vehicles somewhere else people.

The only decent thing about this place is the free hot chocolate.

Lying sacks of shit who will suck what they can to get what they want.

User

My experience with Tom Prepchuk was everything I could have asked for. He listened to me and let me know which cars he knew I could actually afford. He definitely got me excited about a car I had no idea I wanted until I sat down in it. I would definitely come back and go through this same process with Tom again. Thanks for the quality service.

User

I went to south on auto and I got great service and was greeted with great enthusiasm. I got exactly what I wanted in the timeframe that I wanted it done.Galen Koo help me out with my purchase. He over exceeded himself and getting me exactly what I desired. Thanks again I recommend this dealership for purchasing a Dodge vehicle hands-down. Ask for Galen Koo he's the man. Thx Galen

User

I had a good experience last year they went above and beyond helping me out with my photo radar it was just the wait in the waiting area, this time around it was all done via txt n email no wait time at all, came in twice n signed and once i picked up i was in an out in less then 20 min and the trucks nice

User

Got a brand new Jeep from this place, and I love it! I am the only owner to it, and that makes me proud lol They traded my old car and helped get this jeep! Have no bad words for this place.

Big thanks to Sonny and James G, they got me into a new vehicle

User

Awesome customer service both In Sales and Finance, Thank Eze and Charissa For Going above and beyond to get me Into a new Ram 1500. No pressure sales atmosphere. Would recommend anyone to purchase from these guys.

User

I bought a 2017 Dodge Ram. My dream truck! I had a wonderful experience with my salesperson, Jot Gill. Also, Tom Z. in finance was great too.

I do have a concern however which is why 5 stars was not awarded. When my truck was ready for me to pick-up, the detail crew scratched the passenger side rear door and the polish job was terrible. It is cloudy and you can see the swirls in it. More care needs to be taken. Still waiting for someone in service to call me to book it in to correct this.

User

Great.. friendly staff great service free coffee free popcorn big waiting area and also in the summer you get free slushies bonus also they have a promotion going on you spin a wheel and you can win different things I won $50 to be put on my go card awesome. I was also reading a sign they have zero fees watch their competitors such as Derrick Dodge Capital Dodge Crosstown Chrysler or whatever and others have fees from 300 to 500 or more bucks not cool.

User

at the time we bought our vehicle, great service by the salesperson. finance not so good. paid a small cash deposit never got it back. now we find out that the vehicle we purchased has no spare tire. good to know when your in the mountains with no cell phone service.

User
