Go Honda

As soon as I walked in with my fiance, I got dirty looks from the girls at the front desk. They kept ogling my fiance while snickering at me. The sales lady that helped us was an Asian lady. She hesitated to help us at first even though no one else was in the facility. She did end up helping us and was fine until she saw my age on my licence and kept eluding to the fact that I looked much older. None of these women were even close to super models so maybe they should act more professional with clients. I will never buy from this location.

When I bought my CR-V last month Curtis and the Go Honda team made the process as painless as possible. From the initial test drive to the actual purchasing of the vehicle I was treated with the utmost respect.....my questions were met with interest and a level of knowledge that made me feel confident I had made the right choice.
I would recommend Go Honda to anyone looking for an amazing car buying experience!

Don't take your business here. The sales people try very diligently to work with you, however the manager doesn't care if you bought your last 2 vehicles from there or not. Did not even have the decency or integrity to come and personally explain his decision or why he allowed us to come down and test drive a vehicle that he wouldn't approve although he already had our credit info.

My advice steer clear from here of you want to be treated with respect.

Go to any other go location.

Amazing Experience - 10/10!!

Tyson at Honda was extremely helpful and professional and made my first time buying a car the easiest experience ever! He answered all my questions and made the whole experience a breeze! He was extremely informative with all aspects of the car. The cherry on top was that since I couldn't take home my new car that day, he offered to drive it up himself to Fort McMurray! How cool is that?! He personally delivered my car to my door step. That is the most unreal customer service I have ever experienced.

Molly in finance was also equally amazing, and she deserves at 10/10 as well!

I will definitely be sending all my friends to Honda!

Curtis was excellent. This is the second car that I have bought from him. I also sent him a referral.

I thought the car would be ready when I went to the scheduled pick up. It was supposed to be ready the day before. When I went there, work had yet to be done so I had to come back.

There was some confusion about costs.

If you would like to be pushed into making 3-4 years long lease deals on the spot, this is THE place to go. The way one of the managers pushed me into making the deal on the spot was completely unprofessional, outdated, and unfriendly. It got to a point that the manager was insulting my trade-in. This is not how you win customer business, no in this competitive era. Took my business elsewhere and I got a much much better deal. In addition I was treated with RESPECT. Honda Go, these scare tactics are outdated and they won't win you customers as much. I must say the sales person that i dealt with was very respectful, however. And he apologized for how I was treated.

Had an awesome experience with these guys. After visiting 3 other dealerships here in the city I found that I established a more concrete relationship there. Graham set me up with a beautiful, reliable and affordable set of wheels that has been getting very positive feedback from friends and family. Even after I drove off the lot he still checks in to make sure I'm 100% satisfied. I'm giving them 5 stars because compared to the other spots I browsed he was legitimately honest and trusting right off the bat, more than I can say about some of the other guys I spoke with at other locations.
