Great service experience as always. I have been a Go Mazda customer for almost 5 years with great level of customer service from all in the dealership including the shuttle drivers and service personnel. I had a great service yesterday during my visit and both Raj and Brent (the shuttle driver) were amazing.

The Service at Go Mazda is always quick and convenient. The Staff is incredibly kind and informative. I am always left smiling. They do not try to up sell me, but go through all upcoming issues or concerns they have and we are able to plan our services or repairs ahead of time. GREAT TEAM!

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience at Go Mazda. I had an amazing team of people who assisted with my purchase. Jonathan was an exceptional sales manager, who listened to my needs and I actually received what I asked for with additional perks that I wasn't expecting. He really went above and beyond! Solomon was also amazing as my car salesman. He answered all of my questions, whether over email or in person, he didn't pressure me whatsoever and made the transaction very smooth and stress-free. Finally, Genevieve in Finance was also wonderful. She was able to get my financing done very quickly and smoothly, she answered all of my questions, and when she went over any additional packages or warranties, she didn't make me feel pressured to purchase them, which I really appreciated.

I would definitely recommend all my friends and family to Go Mazda. They went above and beyond and I was able to buy the car I loved with the budget I came in with, and I received additional perks I wasn't expecting! Thank you Go Mazda!

My experience with Raj at the dealership was wonderful. Everyone was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable.

My only complaint is not at all to do with Raj, but instead the person I spoke with when I booked my service appointment. Firstly, I was told that I would be charged for my service appointment, even though I was 100% certain that I should not be (I have the free oil changes for life program that I purchased through Weber Mazda, and I was charged for my previous appointment).

It took several minutes of repeating these facts for the person speaking with to finally confirm that I was in fact correct. Also, I had asked what time the shuttle was available during that call, and I was informed that it would be available at 7.45am. However, when I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that the shuttle never starts prior to 8.00am.

As I mentioned, Raj was extremely accommodating, and arranged for a cab to take me to work. It would just be nice if the staff dealing with phone calls conveyed correct information.

I had been a Hyundai driver for the last few years, but I recently made the switch to Mazda. From Shaun (sales) to Mark (finance) to Robyn (service), the team has treated me extremely well. No regrets about making the change, and I love my new Mazda 3. Great car, unbelievable mileage. Terrific choice for any family on a budget. Thanks again, guys!

The thought of purchasing my first vehicle was scary and overwhelming. I went into it nervous, but came out a proud owner of a used 2013 Mazda 3. Scott was beyond friendly and helpful and made the experience so comfortable and positive. He brought my car all the way to my work in St. Albert for me to look at and test drive it. I went back the following day to get some more information and ended up leaving in my new car. Louella in finance was absolutely amazing, friendly, patient and informative. I absolutely love my car and am ecstatic and thankful that it was such a pleasant experience. This is definitely a great place to buy a new or used vehicle. Did I mention how much I LOVE my car?! Great overall experience, 10/10 will be recommending to others! Go Mazda made what could have been a stressful experience stress free! Our salesman went above and beyond with customer service and arranged test drives from vehicles from other vehicle brands, we ultimately decided on a Mazda CX-3 and are extremely satisfied with the purchase. At no point was there ever any pressure to purchase a vehicle, very low pressure. Go Mazda was more than willing to make sure we were satisfied. Thank you Go Mazda!
