Top quality good service well worth your time visiting this establishment

Their style of ginger beef has no ginger in it. Tastes more like sweet and sour sauce.
Chow mein bland. Wonton soup was okay.

You would think an overabundance of Chinese food restaurants would lead to a spike in quality due to competition, but apparently this restaurant isn't concerned with that. The prices are great for the portion sizes, but the food is flavorless and unimaginative. Sliced BBQ Pork had huge chunks of fat in it and no hoisin from what I could taste. The Chicken in Curry Sauce was better, but not by much - sauce was watery and bitter, due to the lack of salt combating the curry. At least the veggies tasted freshly made. The "Special" Fried Rice was not special at all - overcooked shrimp and pork chunks hard as nails. I'll pass on this place and try one of the other 7000 Chinese restaurants in this city.

Generally alright. Ordered on skip the dishes. The packaging is very nice. Not a single drop spilled and not messy at all.
I'd say there's room for improvement. The wanton soup also has a lot of veggies, shrimp and chicken as well. I'd appreciate it more if it's just simple wantons and chicken soup, instead of a little bit of everything.

Pretty good food. Rice was average but the wonton soup, spring rolls (veggie only) and wings were fantastic. Selection is that of any Chinese western place. Decent prices and proportions. Takeout and delivery only. Seems family owned, service is usually pretty good and food comes out fast.

I order takeout from here all the time and have never been disappointed. Good food and delivered hot.

The food is OK but too expensive for what it is. Would give it 3 stars, but it's obvious the owners are creating fake Google accounts and giving 5 star review. And for that kind of shady practice I won't be back.

We've been unhappy with our regular take-out spot and decided to try a new place. Golden Moon delivered delicious, hot, and fresh meals. The waiting time was shorter than our usual place, and the price was better. The taste and quality of the meals was incomparable - hands down the best ginger beef we've had in Calgary. Needless to say we won't be going back to the old place - Golden Moon just got themselves new customers.
