We hired Golden West Exteriors to replace the windows in our parent's house built in the 90's. Darcy, Jason and his team did an awesome job. My dad is a bit of a perfectionist himself and was very pleased with the installation. The crew came and showed up on time and completed the work within the estimated dates. We had gotten a few quotes from various companies and Golden West Exteriors offered competitive pricing. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for windows replacement.

I've been working with the company for 8 months now and in my opinion they are a very professional organization who strive to achieve the utmost quality in all there applications well providing the best value to the customer.

Our property managers hired Golden West to redo the siding and roof top patio's of our buildings. The quality of their work and project management of the entire project were very disappointing. The siding was installed poorly and is falling off several homes, the eaves were installed level so they don't actually drain-just fill up and run down the sides of our home. The workers had to re-frame our patio door to the inside of our home and they left it uninsulated in the dead of winter last year. When they finally showed up to finish it they got spray foam all over the place. When they put the trim on they just nailed it overtop the baseboards so there is actually a gap between the wall and trim. It looked sloppy and unprofessional. They never reinstalled our doorbell or outside lights and even lost a bunch of the lights for the complex. I won't even begin to describe

Horrible experience. Very poor communication and customer service from the owner. There are issues that still need to be corrected and fixed and the company never came back to deal with them and no response from emails as to when they were coming out to finish the work. Will not recommend this company to anyone.
