Horrible general manager. No manners. Very rude when it comes to cancelling memberships. Very unhelpful. Made me make 3 appointments with her and now I'm calling customer services because she has yet to aid me in cancelling my membership making the process long and wasting more time so that I can keep paying. I do not recommend this location.

The worst gym anyone can ever join. It’s been 5 months since I joined the gym but no fitness plan has been provided to me until today. I tried to get appointment with the planner but every single time they had lame excuses. One time they said she is on vacations and other time they said she had an emergency at home so had to leave. Do they only have one planner? In five months were they not able to get me a fitness plan? Worst service!!. The manager Hayder has no manners to talk to her customers. She would yell at you if you ask to cancel your membership plan and would never accept that they are at fault. I’m more than happy to pay about $300 to cancel my plan rather than going to a place where people are mannerless and unprofessional. Would never ever recommend this place to anyone. Anyone thinking of joining this gym please think carefully YOUR MONEY IS IMPORTANT!!

I come to this location when my regular location is too busy, I find that if you go at less busy times (avoiding rush hour), there's typically plenty of room for you to get a good workout in because it's not too crowded. There's a fair amount of machines but the gym lacks a lot of free weights, there are probably 20 dumbbells and only one squat rack.. so I would definitely avoid this gym during the busier hours. In terms of cleanliness, this gym is mediocre. The equipment is on the older side but that's to be expected. You don't get much help from staff though, you scan yourself in when you arrive and you basically never see an employee here because they're always in their office.

I have given dis gym 1. i should have given it in negative all because of their manager first they misguided my wife, hiding their cancellation fees and telling lie that you can't cancel now wow and the way she was talking to me i thought i am owing money to this lady its already 1 and a half month i haven't got any refund of my money in that also she misguided us by telling it will come to your mail and after 1 month now they are saying you have to call to some number what the $#%$# is going around i have never seen such kind of people sorry for my fowl language but i am so frustrated only because of this manager (lady). I dont recommend anyone going there plz dont go to goodlife fitness any branch may be you will get such manager over there who will frustrate you goodlife plz take some action against this lady plz...

Tried to cancel my Grandma's membership for her (she moved), first lady was nice, but the manager(?) Angela was rude and condescending. Not recommended if you are looking for a good experience with customer service.

Staff are great, lots of classes, clean equipment, new massage chairs. Getting kind of old, could use an update. I enjoy the quiet and intimate atmosphere of women's only.

I like GoodLife Gym's but not this location.
The layout: extremely cramped and forget lifting weights if it's busy, there's absolutely no room. There were so many times I would leave the gym without doing my weight set because people were hogging them or there just wasn't enough space.

Half the time the equipment is out of order.

The staff is terrible! They are always hanging out in their office, it was so rare to see someone at the front counter. I decided to cancel my membership and it was a huge hassle. First the manager tells me that you need to give 30 days notice that your going to be cancelling your membership... so fine, I did. I called back 30 days later and spoke to the manager again. She said there was no record of my 30 days notice of cancelling, I lost it on her. She then said OK that I would need to come in person to sign my cancellation form, so I made the appointment. On my appointment day I called to confirm. There was no record of my appointment!!! I knew it! I lost it on the girl on the phone. She went and spoke to the manager and I could hear them arguing. When she returned she apologized and said she would take care of my cancellation forms.

I've been to a few other locations and it's been great. Only Westwinds created issues for me and I'm just happy I never have to deal with them again.
