Great family campground. Nice sized sites. No pre booking so site selection can be limited.

Quaint camping spot with some hook up but no sewer or water hook up. Secluded spots to be had by the river.

Why would any one drive all the way out there to find them full of their pals. These folks are too phat to work. Nastiest toilet cleaning or in this case just don't do the work. The manager will have a heart attack I guarantee it ....any time now.

Many know how to game the system with help knowingly from The manager. 16 day maximum stay not enforced ...like the managers buddy with the race car under the tarp whom races it up and down the canyon at speeds up 180k per hour or better.

Parks staff are very comfortable and need more no st so we can just wait for what is really needed in many more campsites. Long as they get their paycheck. Nasty rules breaking all over the place. Fire ban not respected or enforced. Sites held with a truck ....when there must be a sleeping unit.

Build more parks you entitled lazy fools. People pay for everything even your uniforms... it is time we got value from the Parks system not just same ole same old... the booking schema ensures parks staff their entitlements but additionally ensures that over 70 percent of Alberta's population has no access to Parks. The reason.... you have to go out and pay for days to hold a site to ensure you can take your holday. Terrible and shameful you all are specially leadership all born with silver spoons stuck in them it seems... as nasty as our rest stops or pullouts on the highway... nothing human about Alberta parks or hospitality for visitors.

Ever seen a Yogi with a bit of dirt on his uniform?

I can't believe the state the bathrooms are in, it smells like ammonia (almost burns your eyes.) This is basically a self run campground, all the on site attendants have to do is run around every once In a while and drop off firewood and collect money.
They don't have any water at the site you would think they could at least pump out the washrooms when it gets this bad but instead there are just a couple of car fresheners in there, which by the way does not stop you from almost puking!

Nice campground. Happy to see power sites aswell. Very good location off the river and close to Calgary. Also happy it's s first come place so it doesn't get all reserved before summer even starts.

User

Nice sites. Spaced far enough apart to have some privacy.

User

Decent slotted campground, not too far from Calgary and typically very family friendly and not loud at all.

Love this campground. We've been going here for years. Lots of variety in site types (pull through, joined sites, tent only sites)

older couple that "owns" manages the camp ground are extremely rude and unprofessional and I'm pretty sure hate kids as "they're to Damn loud "

The camp ground is big and can accommodate large RV ..no hook ups only dry camping . Not a big deal just bring a generator. just be careful the manager doesn't get belligerent for having your generator running for 40 minutes.

fire wood was soaking wet. also took the manager 4 hours to stop and give us wood. but the guy by shell in bragg creek has wood 10/bag and bone dry also has twice as much wood in sack .

other then the management and thier poor attitude .
I recommend the campground
cheers and happy camping
