Welcome to Out of the Grain Designs! I would like to take the time to thank each and everyone for liking our page, and I hope that you continue to enjoy our work : )
A little info about how we roll:
Our prices reflect designs, style and size. We have a unique sense of style combining a rustic look with a bohemian flare. We will do our best to accommodate and customize in styles and colors to fit your personal décor. However, we will not take on a project that is undoubtedly out of our line of fire. All of our pieces are available to order unless otherwise posted.
To finalize any order, we will require A 25% deposit upfront. This can ensure that if for some reason you need to back out of an order, we are covered for any materials already purchased. Deposits can be paid via etransfer, or cash. ALL deposit are non refundable.
After placing your order you will also receive an estimated wait time for your item. Great things take time, but we will work as quick as possible to have your piece complete around the date given.
The remaining balance will be due upon pickup. Again, paid by etransfer or cash.
Delivery can be negotiated. There may be an extra charge for delivery. Please understand that we do have the right to refuse any delivery.
