Grace'S Braiding & Hair Extensgraceions

I went by today and Grace was extremely helpful! She was very nice and her prices are reasonable.

Grace has huge experience with hair. She goes beyond just doing hair to educate her clients.

Grace's braidings is a great salon that I've been going to since its opened (2007) and I've always had a good experience with her. She's a very excellent hairdresser and always seems to relate well with her clients, she is always friendly and highly experienced. Not once has she damaged me or anybodys hair that I've recommended to her and always does a thorough/professional job. I've recommended people to her several times and they're always satisfied with the job shes done. She's done many different hairstyles for me and always does an amazing job from; braids, weaves, perms, coloring, texturizing, etc. I highly recommend this salon!

I am a hairstylist and currently going to Delmar college and the experience was absolutely terrible . I went in to get dreadlocks done, and she was late starting my service therefore we didn't get out of the salon until midnight . Two days later all of them were coming loose (I wanted them to last AT LEAST one year) my scalp was red and had my hair being ripped out due to how tight the dreads were, I had ingrown hairs and bumps everywhere on my scalp also . I went back a week later asking for a refund and then to be taken out . She refused to take them out, and said they looked fine . I had a 20 minute argument with this woman, yet she still refused to claim responsibility for this mess . It looked like I had ropes on my head, they were no where CLOSE to what dreadlocks look like . (I've had dreads plenty of times before) this is the absolute WORST experience and customer interaction I've ever had . My scalp is still undergoing a lot of treatments to make up for hair loss and irritated scalp I have . I would never recommend this place . Please don't invest your money in horrible service and bad hair extensions for cheap prices . DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SEVERELY DAMAGE YOUR HAIR !!!

Extremely terrible services & the lady would hike the prices right after she's done doing the hair. & worst of it all she didn't wash my hair well after putting relaxer & I'm currently undergoing major burns on my scalp, neck & ears. I wouldn't recommend this salon to my worst enemy. I'm not overreacting.
