Well I have been going to this auction house for about a year now and the people there are very much like family. Today my mother who is suffering from a moderate case dementia. Saw this horse and wagon and was fixated on it to the point that she would have paid anything for this item. There was a gentleman who had a collection of items he collected for 33 yrs or something. He spoke to my mother about this item and due to the sheer volume of collectables they decided to auction the remainder at the next auction including the item my mother wanted. She was devastated cause she really wanted it. The owner of the collection went to Larry the owner and what ever was said they put that horse and wagon on the auction block and she got it.. My mother was so happy she started crying and got very emotional... I want to say thank you to the staff at Graham Auction for making this lady so very happy and brought to tears of joy. To the collector of these items you are amazing and know that your collectable is in a good home.

It’s more then 2 years m going almost every Saturday for some tools and house hold stuff.Its best place to get good stuff with less price. Superb staff . �

I recommend this place for all the goodies they bring out to the public �

Worst customer service ever. Place looks like a junkyard. I’m 60 years old tripped outside going in the door because they had skidoo’s blocking entrance Fell hard hit my head when I got into their junk filled warehouse could not find a worker except two guys playing catch with some item WHRN I told them I tripped. The worker laughed and said don’t trip over snowmobiles. When I picked up my item I went into the office to complain and out came the whole staff like they were going to beat up this old man. Before I could say anything they kicked me out and said don’t come back. That’s not a problem would never step foot near Thst place and making sure everyone I know knows how they run their bussiness STAY AWAY FROM THIS JUNK HOLE !

My bf and I tried the online auction for the first time last week. We bid on an item and at the end of the auction it said we were the winner. When my bf went to go pick it up they said that a floor bidder had won. We shown them the winning auction on the website which we had registered. All they could say was "there was an error in the system". We spend all morning (3hrs) watching the bidding for nothing.
