I walked into the dealership expecting to walk out empty handed, and instead was greeted by Abe Giesbrecht and he sat down with me and explored all the possible options that I could get approved for. After we settled on a decision he sent the information to the brains of the branch Luke and Crystal and they whipped up an offer I couldn't refuse. Overall I would give these guys and girls at Grande Prairie Honda a very good review. The service was great and being given the time to compare a few different vehicles was great. We ultimately went with an Odyssey touring and we love it. It fits all our family needs and then some. Thomas was a great salesman to deal with. Went in just to see what was available in our price range. Abe Giesbrecht aka "Honest Abe" approached us and happily answered all of our questions. He found us a vehicle that met all of our needs (and then some.) We we're approved and out the door with our beautiful new Cr-v touring edition within 3 hours. Becky Mann in the finance office went above and beyond to get us the best bang for our buck and the manager, Luke, was also very amiable. Both my husband and I are thrilled. We had been previous Honda customers but at Ramsey's Honda in Cape Breton. Grande Prairie Honda exceeded our expectations and made purchasing a vehicle painless.

From the time we walked in until the time we signed papers for our brand new HR-V I've been nothing but happy.
Bernardo was awesome to deal with as were both the manager's.
We feel we got excellent service and an awesome vehicle.
No pressure to buy nor were they pushy.

Being a former employee of Grande Prairie Honda I find it beyond difficult to believe the poor review given on Bernardo. He doesn't work in the used lot and has been absolutely professional in every client interaction I've ever witnessed. he is typically filled with knowledge and enthusiasm, He and George(power sports sales person) would be the sole salesmen I would personally refer at that dealership. I would assume Bernardo likely followed up with this couple because he always shows due diligence in rectifying negative opinions, and goes above and beyond to do what he needs to, to ensure everyone leaves Honda happy and satisfied. Which likely was assumed by the client that he was the person they had initially spoken with. Reviews and opinions are very critical to car sales and I would hate for anyone to judge his performance on a review that is likely a misunderstanding.

My wife and I were shopping around for a used vehicle, took awhile to get help. When we were greeted by Bernardo at the used lot he was very short with us and it seemed like he didn't care about what we were looking for. He wouldn't listen to what I had to say and he started to get very rude with me. It was like he didn't put any effort into his job. After we left I felt that the business they are running there isn't very professional. About a couple weeks after he was keeping in contact with my wife since the vehicle was for her and he was asking her very inappropriate things I don't understand why Honda would hire someone like that. Just a heads up to anyone, the sales staff isn't very pleasant and I guarantee they don't care about your needs

I was helped today in the service department by Jennifer. She had great knowledge of the vehicles,was super friendly, accommodating to my needs as a customer. I can only assume she isn't on sales because she chooses not too. I think she would be a top notch closer.

The best dealership you can ever work into. You can totally trust them cause they are the only dealership I've ever come across that actually want to help you rather than rip you off. Noelle is absolutely delightful and Becky is just amazing.
