Every time I took my Mitsubishi rvr in for oil changes Tem was always friendly asking how I'm doing etc cause that's the type of guy he is so when it was time to trade in he was my guy. Super friendly no pressure very knowledgeable of all the vehicles on all the lots. After figuring what we like in a SUV and what we don't we narrowed the search down and after the sale was final my vehicle was ready first thing next morning with command start installed that's when I expected to drive off but Tem spent extra time explaining all the features how they all work hooked up my phone to the Bluetooth those were the extras in service that you don't get everywhere he also leaves you his personal number so if you have a silly question he finds the answer.awesome guy recommend him to everyone

Myself and partner were in need of a car, and had never had one in Canada before, so we were wary of the in's and out's that leasing a car came with, so when we walked into Mitsubishi GP we were hoping for a kind and well knowledgeable person to help us through the process and that's exactly what we got! Every question we asked was answered, every request we made was honoured. Even when our work got in the way for dates and times, they were very flexible and helped all the way; we even had restaurants recommended to us as we were knew to the area, and when our new car needed some work doing to it, the employee over the phone was so helpful and lovely to speak to! Overall I believe without a good salesperson, a company looses a huge part of why people will choose to buy from them, which is why we chose to buy our vehicle from Mitsubishi GP. I'd recommend anybody to head there to buy/sell their car. Talk to Tem, Great service. 110%!!

Jordan was absolutely wonderful to deal with. He understood what I wanted in a vehicle and was very concise and knowledgeable about the range of vehicles and trim styles available. He was very outgoing and despite not originally thinking I needed a new vehicle, he was still able to convince me to trade up. With the excellent assistance from Jordan, Dawn and Dustin, I walked away very pleased with my experience and new car.
